Dumb Club Owners

Has anyone run into this problem?

We frequent several clubs, or did. We noted that ALL of them limit the number of single males. But, many of them allow single males that have come with a date in the past (female), to come in with a friend, who is also a single male.

After entering, the "couple" (2 men) split off and roam the club for couples and/or single females.

It got so bad at one club. We just quit going. The last night we were there. There were about 10 single males hitting on every female in the place. There might have been 3 single females. So their choices were limited.

Am I to understand two guys were showing up and presenting themselves as a couple? If so, the club owners were negligent in allowing an obviously flagrant abuse of the rules. I don't blame you for ditching that club.

I have never heard of anything like that..........I don't think clubs allow 2 MEN in on a "couples only" night. The club I go to, if it WAS a night single men were allowed they would be charged the single-guy fee ($100.00 a piece) otherwise they would not be welcomed.
Of course if two WOMEN showed up on ANY night, they would be let in free and very welcomed (there's that good old double standard again)

Generally, these guys are membership card carrying people.

As I stated earlier, they come with a female (at least once) get the membership. Then come again on another night, without the female.

I feel like if the rules say COUPLES ONLY. Then it should be couples only. I don't care if they have 10 membership cards, at $1000 apiece.

We currently attend a club that has no membership requirements. All parties are by invitation only. All single men that come, get an invitation by submitting a request via e-mail. Then a follow up through snail mail. They have to be willing to send their home phone and address. http://www.swingersboard.com/ubb/smile.gif Round trip for this process??? I don't know.

But, I do know, we have to request an invitation every month. Then they add our screen name (yahoo or aol chat name, etc) to the list at the door.

We are allowed to bring guest. As long as we tell them how many, and their gender(s). We've done this only once.

The clubs here that we have been to are either male/female couples ONLY no exceptions, or allow single men during hte week only and are couples only on weekends.
So even if a man had a membership card, if he did not have a woman with him he would never get in. Actually several of the bigger clubs here, you have to come with the SAME woman each time. If a couple were to split up and the guy found a new partner he/they would have to go thru the whole interview process again before being allowed back.

I think this is partly to prevent guys from hiring escorts to play the part of a wife.

Amazing to me sometimes what great lengths men will go to just to get into a club where there might be a little sex going on!

Sounds like this club owner was more concerned with making a buck than with pleasing his members.
