| Posts: n/a | I would prefer an on-premise club that does server liquor. The reason I would like to open a club is simple. There are a lot of couples in the area who are into swinging, however, there are very limited resources. The state I live in is a very conservative one so there is not a lot of help to be found in the way of organization, financing, licensing, etc. |

So now you have to decide do you want on-premise sex or do you want to serve liquor? It would be most helpful if we had a clue of your location. |

| Posts: n/a | Well 90% of the Swing Clubs in NC are about four to five hours east of here. There are only about 2 semi local ones and they are fairly run down and not in the best part of town. There are also a ton of single men in them which I consider fairly uncommon. There are just many things that can be improved upon. |

Remember to keep it simple and not for profit. Running a business out of a home is a sure fire way to end up in hot water with the zoning laws. The guy down the street my get away with lawnmower repair in his garage, but the headline will read "Sex Club Busted in local neighborhood" when the do-gooders get wind of it. |
