Have a Condom problem, hope for Advice!

Joined the board last fall, after the wife & I had one random swing (several years ago) and several soft swing experiences, all great times! We finally decided to go for it! Business, kids, the economy - you name it, has gotten us off to a slow start! But were ready to get on with things.

The problem I have is condems! I didn't think I was overly big (about 8", maybe 8 1/2" on a good night) but I guess I'm pretty thick (in our only experience the lady grabbed my manhood and her coment was "Ohhh - a thick one!". First of all I hate condoms for the obvious reasons but realize they're essential, my problem is they strangle my penis! I even tried a Trojan Magnum and it seemed no better, it's like when you were in grade school and you wrapped a rubber band around your wrist until your hand throbbed - same thing! I spent $15 at the Hustler store today to buy "Kimono Large Condems" today only to find they're smaller than the Trojan Magnums!

I could sure use some advice, does anybody make a larger condem? Or are there any other techniques to help relieve the stranglehold pressure?

Geeeeeeeeeeze I hope not! This is a tough though, but I'm not here to brag - believe me! I just need to come up with some way to make these things workable!

Sorry I can't help you. But a google search returned this:

So, it appears you have the best reason/excuse I have ever heard for not wearing a condom....

My spouse doesn't have an issue with Trojan Magnums any more, because for him, it isn't the size, it's just the fact that before swinging, he'd hadn't used them before. It simply was a matter of just getting used to it. I have no idea how he compares other than he's about 8 inches and he's not thin in the girth, but I don't know what average is for comparison purposes.

If your size truly is the issue, then I'd suggest getting out there on the 'net and finding a more suitable condom, including the custom sized condoms from Condomania Online, and the like. There are several reputable online stores that may be able to assist.

Do try the lifestyles XL. The magnums are not at all comfortable and much thicker as well. I found them to be very constricting. I now use the lifestyles XL and they are much better. They are thinner and feel much better.
There are so many choices out there now. Perhaps you could check out the discountcondomking. I have used them and they are well priced and shipping is quick. If you intend on throwing a house party int he future, buy in bulk. It is cheaper.

Thanks for the help, I went to both condomania and Trojans website. I didn't know Trojan made an XL size, for whatever reason I've always ended up with Trojan Magnum Large, I bought some and haven't tried them yet but am hoping they're better! Haven't seen to many Lifestyle products in South Florida but I'll keep my eye out for them, anything that would be more comfortable would be welcome!

I don't have any real suggestions as I have the same problem and have tried dozens of different condoms with no better results. My penis actually turns purple and goes numb after a few minutes with most condoms on.

I have tried the lifestyle condom suggested and it didn't work any better than the Trojans for me. So far, the Kimono large micro-thin condoms work best for me. I get the most feeling with them, and it takes the longest to lose all feeling of any I have tried so far.

I have yet to try the new Polyisoprene non-latex condoms. I have read that they are supposed to stretch easier than latex, and they are also thinner and allow more sensitivity. LifeStyles SKYN and Durex Avanti and Avanti Bare Condoms are the only Polyisoprene condoms I know of.

I have also yet to try the Super Thin Sheerlon condoms made by Crown and beyond seven (the same company I understand). Supposedly they are the favorite of the porn stars because of their fit and sensitivity. They are not available in large sizes but are said to stretch so easy that the large sizes aren't necessary. Beyond Sevens Super Thin Sheerlon and Crowns Skinless Skin are supposed to be the ones to try.

I don't know if this will help, but Mr. Ivory likes PleasurePlus. It has a baggy head area and so it provides more friction and less constriction. I wasn't sure where the constriction was happening with your penis, but thought I'd suggest it.

Large and extra large condoms aren't actually much bigger than normal condoms in general. The Trojan Magnum is only about a half an inch longer than the normal trojans and it's about 0.175" wider. The Magnum is 1.5" wide and the Magnum XL is 1.75" wide. Normal condoms tend to be about 1.325" wide. Most large condoms are only 1.5" wide.

If the XL doesn't fit you, you're probably out of luck unless you can track down a specialty condom that caters to very think cocks. The best bet is to measure your cock when it's fully erect; you claim to know your length pretty exactly so I'm kind of surprised you don't know your girth as well

I used to have the same problem. I am just too thick for over the counter condoms. I solved the problem by going to the custom condom called "They Fit" and distributed by Condomania. They have what they call a "fit kit" that allows you to print out a measuring chart to fine the right size. It has been a godsend for me. The only problem is they cannot get them in all sizes. Hopefully they will have your size. If you have questions you can call them as I have and found them very helpful. Does anyone know of another source for the "They Fit" brand or another custom size brand?
