I know seeing a doctor would be the logical way to go, but as you said.. what should I say? "can you tell me if my cock and balls smell normal?"

I'll try that peroxide treatment and see how it goes..
You say "my cock and balls don't smell right, can you check em out". As a females, we go through this quite commonly and the doctor checks things out and gives us the appropriate treatment. Instead of the STD clinic you might want to try a good GP or even a different clinic. If i was the DR at the STD clinic and had seen you come in so often I'd start jabbing things down your dick too to get you to think before you screw.

For some reason I am incredibly amused that this happening to him at the STD clinic made him think about not going back to the STD clinic rather than changing his safe sex practices.

Nope, because then they cannot infect others with it.

Dollars to pesos that he had sex with someone else while infected and reinfected and infected and reinfected....

WonderWhat gives some great advice
Default Re: Can someone diagnose this?

Ignoring the fact that doing it bareback is an invitation to get infected...

What you've got is a fungal infection: Go See A Dermatologist. Get a cream prescribed, put it on twice a day after washing the lesion with a mild, neutral pH, non-perfumed soap and air-drying the area thoroughly before putting on the cream.

I've had it a few times, especially after using latex-safe lubricants several days in a row. Those usually have glycol or glycerine, which is great food for fungi (which is just why cornstarch is not a good idea for these kinds of lesions).

The first time it happenned, I just thought that I had irritated my glans by having too much sex, and it cleared after about three weeks of good hygene, no sex and zinc-peroxide cream. (With the anti-fungal cream it clears up in about four days.)

Now I know that there's no such thing as "too much sex", and that you just have to wash off all the lube before going to sleep. I always keep non-scented moist wipes handy for that.

There are a few "for women" latex-safe lubes that have less glycerine to avoid vaginal fungal infections: it's easy to wipe off lube externally, internally it's not so easy.

maggoo hasn't quite let us get to know them yet.

If it hasn't dropped off yet there must still be hope
Agree with a lot of what u say regards bare back but water and good soap is a must after the event.
You say you spend a lot of time in asia and spoke of the jungle well i hope you remember of what species you are and keep out of the trees
So has the quack worked out what is wrong yet or still doing a myriad of tests to justify all the pills he will eventually have you on

I don't know why... but I keep think about a poem I read once.

Keep it clean and smelling sweet
They'll be sure to want your meat
If it stinks and gunks all on it
you'll be sure to make them vomit
