There are several topics in this forum that address oral sex and the risk of STD's. You may want to read through those.

Also, here is the link to the CDC (Center for Disease Control) which specifically addresses oral sex and the transmission of AIDS/HIV. You can also do a search for other STD's through this site.

That's an interesting take on the safety of oral sex and HIV.

However, genital warts are readily transmitted to the oral cavity, oropharynx and larynx. After having seen these in people who have practiced unportected oral sex, (in a professional setting!) I would still recommend being cautious.
