My bf and I are prepared to start swingin, but we have one issue that eludes us. I am allergic to latex and spermicide. What should I do for protection? |

Trojan makes a polyurothane (sp?) condom that is designed for people alergic to latex. I'm sure Durex has thier alternative to latex also. I am not sure if they are proven to protect against STD's. But, even latex condoms aren't 100% effective. Check them out.

The Durex brand of condoms is called the Avanti. I've used them myself and they work quite well. They even allow the warmth of a pussy to get through so that it feels like your bareback. I highly recommend them.

Naturallamb is the best way to go, there is nothing to be allergic to with those condoms they feel awesome and have never had a problem with them, but the thing with them is they are way to expensive, but the quality of them is worth it. I guess if your not using them all the time it can be the best way to go.

The problem with natrura lamb condoms is that while they protect against pregnancy, they don't protect against STD's. For more info, check out the link below: http://www.safesex.com/birthcontrol/condoms.html |

I am not into condoms, but for research purposes I tried a polyurethane (that is the correct spelling) without non-oxynol-9. I didn't think it was all it was cracked up to be but for those that use condoms it is good for those that can't handle latex. |

Just out of interest regularguy, when you are with your partner(s), they let you go bareback? We're no fans of condoms either, but unless you COMPLETELY trust the people you're with, condoms are a fact of life (at least they are to us)....

In all honesty as allergic as I am to latex I would put up with the repercussions of them then not using them.....I cant imagine going bareback with someone that I just dont know that well. No matter how much we enjoy sex and the lifestyle we have way to many things to live for. Just my opinion Dawn |

I've been out of town for the holidays and just got back to read the rest of the replies. Thank you for the good ideas. Not long ago my bf and I planned a trip to San Fran. Though we had both had previous partners, we had not had sex with each other yet though we had been dating for awhile, and we looked forward to our first time with each other on the trip. Unfortunately, we used a latex condom with spermicide, and I had such a reaction that the rest of the trip (and our sexual hopes that week) were ruined. I had experienced small reactions with latex condoms before, but they were bareable. The spermicide was just too much though. I am glad that you all have such good suggestions. I never want to experience that feeling again. |

Reply to "Lovers" I am very careful about who I am with. If they want me to use a condom, I usually try to inquire if there is something I need to worry about. I am completely respectful though about peoples wishes without hesitation on my part. I also know how to do a few things that feel almost as good as intercourse, but not quite.....that negates the need for condoms. I have always been and will stay healthy, I don't even get cold sores....and I just love the feeling of going down on a women and feeling her wetness against my tongue, and there is something really erotic abuot going down on a woman after she has drained me of every last drop of my pleasure into her, then going down on her and feeling her gush our combined pleasure as she groans in lust.....that is heaven! |
