Condom Brands

Hubby and I have been taking a break for a while and are now looking to have some new adventures.
I don't have alot of experience with using condoms. I was wondering which kind you use. (style and brand) I am sometimes sensitve to them and also to certain kinds of lube. I have learned alot on this board so I know that this is the right place to ask this!

Any other tips about using them would be appreciated as well!

In my last relationship, this was an experiment we had done.
We walked down the condom aisle selecting different condoms. We would look at ultra thin, her pleasure and so on. We looked at the picture on the box to see what the shape of the condom was. We tried different lubricants, warming, standard, different brands. It was a lot of fun to do this.
For us, we had found that the Her Pleasures felt best for her. Depending on the time of month determined whether the spermicide was tolerable or not. We also noticed a difference in how the condom behaved based on brand. One brand would dry out more than another. Another brand felt less sensitive, in the "same" style condom than others.
It can be tedious depending on how you look at it but for us, it was FUN!.

My concern is getting some with spermicide or lubricant that I have a not so pleasant reaction too. So was just wanting to get some ideas from others who have more experience with this kind of thing!

I have abit of a latex sensitivity myself or maybe possibly it is the spermicide. I am thinking latex though as i also cant have any vibs that are made of jelly.....we seek out silicone vibs. For condoms we buy Avanti made by Durex they are non latex and thinner than reg condoms as well i have had complaints though that they don't fit too well on larger penis sizes.

Bear had a hard time finding a condom that would fit him. His problem is girth. Even the ones that say they were extra large did not fit! He has ordered the custom condoms from Condomania and they were ok. But he really likes the Lifestyles XL. Bear says they feel the most natural to him. I have a play partner who loves Kimono brand. I have a latex sensitivity and god forbid someone uses a condom with spermicide with me. That puts me out of the game for weeks! It really is trial and error trying to find a condom that you like. But if you have someone to help you it can be a lot of fun!

The condom brand we like the best is called Beyond Seven. They are extremly thin for sensitivity and yet very strong, we have yet to have one break and trust me we have tried, including putting both hands in one and trying to break it. They also have ones that don't have spermicide or lubricant. We have used them for years and several of our friends now use them as well. Even some of our male play pals, who hate wearing condoms now use theses.
