The Sponge!!!

Mrs Naughty got her shipment of sponges today!!

It's been a while since those things have been around!

We are going to ad them to our Man bag!

What's a Man bag you ask?

It's a little carrying bag that Mrs Naughty takes with her/us when ever she/we go somewhere where play may become a possibility (Which is just about everywhere but wal-mart, just kidding ).

We have condoms, ky, etc...and now, Sponges!!!

The only thing is, we are going to have to get a bigger Man bag to accomodate the sponges .

They are still spendy though so Mrs Naughty is going to make sure any potential playmates ARE "Sponge Worthy".

Anyone else back on the sponge?

It is not a replacement for protection- they are just another back up for birth control, in addition to the condom.

Mrs naughty ordered them from the manufacture, she also got a perscription from the doc but nowhere around here carries them.

But from what I understand they are coming to a wal-mart near you by the end of fall.

The sponge is too much like a diaphragm for my taste....can I introduce you to Seven, my diaphragm baby? But I would venture to guess that used along with a condom, the pg rate goes WAY down. How is the sponge different that the diaphragm and I have to ask this - how does it feel once its in place. I remember when the sponge first came out, but never got around to actually using one....

Hmmm...never thought of the sponge....I tend to be Mrs. spur of the moment. Which is why I'm thinking of turning condoms into jewerly at least I will always have them on hand.

1) Ok, Why is great sex not a possiblity at Wal-Mart?! Really, you DO need to get out more, LOL!

2) When I think of "sponge", I think of my son-in-law and therefore become un-horny, so I don't think they would work for me! :rollseyes

3) Man bag, good idea! The only man-bag I carry around with me are the little man bags in Mr Lovedoc's pants (really bad joke!)

4) How much were the pricey little sponges, and do you have to get them online or can you buy them at the local pharmacy? (By the way, if they are impregnated with nonoxyl 9, then they will help reduce the risk of virus transmission...that's why gel or foam should always be used with a condom)

You can go here or here for some ideas. There are a multitude of places you can find if you do a google search on Contraceptive Sponge. I'm so glad to hear they're available again. They were our favorite. When did that happen?
