risk of STD through tooth cavity during oral sex?

Does anybody know the risks of giving oral sex to a man or a woman having a tooth cavity?

The only thing that I can think of I if it is open. But only then only bloodborne diseases like HIV.

I can't imagine that having a cavity would increase your chances of getting an STD any more than without. With any activity there are risks.
