Yes for us. We always use condoms for intercourse, no matter how close the friendship.

We had one couple that we felt close enough with to play without, but I do not think that we will alter that rule in the future. Making - and keeping - friendships is just too tough in the lifestyle (in our experience).

It would be nice to find people that we feel that comfortable with, but it would have to be a very, very special situation to do that again.

Condoms, yes. Even with our regular playmates we know they are seeing other couples (and some singles too), and we don't know where they've been any more than these couples know where we've been. So out of respect for them as well as us, we always use condoms, no matter how buddy-buddy we are.

Most of the time, yes. With very good friends (only 2 other couples), we go bareback.
