Yes. Pre-cum and semen both contain a high concentration of HIV if a person is positive. Just so you know, there are other STD's that you can be exposed to from oral contact even if there was no exposure to cum or pre-cum. Herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis and HPV come to mind. |

Let me add, I'd be more concerned with being exposed to the other STD's that I listed rather than HIV. As long as you have no mouth abrasions, sores or gum disease, it's pretty difficult to get HIV from oral, but there's still a risk.

And then there's Chlamydia and Hep C...and many more.... Scary... I guess, when in doubt, condoms are called for. Better safe than sorry.
