Just so you know, there are other STD's that you can be exposed to from oral contact even if there was no exposure to cum or pre-cum. Herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis and HPV come to mind.

As long as you have no mouth abrasions, sores or gum disease, it's pretty difficult to get HIV from oral, but there's still a risk.
