| Posts: n/a | and I could have ruined my life. Just as we are about to have sex I stop and said I'm getting a condom. We had talked previously about how condoms make her sore the day after. This should of threw me before had but in the heat of the moment her saying just stick it in got to me and I did. Now I am EXTREMELY worried. And advice? |

Unfortunately it's too late for that admonition. We all do things in the heat of the moment that sometimes we end up regretting. Hopefully, you'll be lucky and this will only serve as a lesson to you to make sure the intent is more clear up front. As for what might have happened... you'll pretty much have to wait and see. I don't know what the times are on most STD's but I know that with AIDS it can be up to or more than 6 months before you test positive (if you have contracted it). Unfortunately, with a lot of STD's guys can carry the std and never know they have it, never show any symptoms, etc.. but they can still pass it on to others. I think the best/only thing you can do at this point to put your mind somewhat at ease to talk openly with her/them and ask them up front if they have any diseases that they know of. Obviously if they don't know they have it they can't tell you. But being open with them.. might help put your mind at ease. Julie http://www.swingersboard.com |

It IS difficult for a man to catch AIDS from 1 time intercourse with a woman, unless you have open sores on your penis. 18 years of child support payments is another possibilty to ponder, while you are thinking about it! |

It IS a valid allergy women can have but for me I stick to oral sex rather than go thru that pain or risk an STD or pregnancy |

| Posts: n/a | The possibilities of getting STD's from oral sex is still there! Don't kid yourself and think that it's not, or that just because the percentage rate is low. The bottom line is, you can STILL get STD's while having UNprotected sex and/or oral sex, PERIOD! The same goes for AIDS....AIDS is AIDS, same as STD's is STD's! No matter how you look at it, percentages or no percentages! Like pregnancy, all it takes (for some), is to have intercourse once, and you can STILL get pregnant/STD's/AIDS. As for condoms, there are a lot of women that are highly allergic to them, as well as other means of birth controls, etc. Maybe a good lubricant along with the brand of condoms one uses, may help lesson any irritations? We can never be too safe, when it cums to sex nowadays. Either way, check with both your doctors, and hope for the best! ![]() GOOD LUCK & STAY SAFE! Wife of CyberMWCouple |

I'm allergic to certain types of condoms (I think it's Trojans with spermicide or something.. I just avoid all Trojans to avoid the pain), so I definately know how it feels. Lambskin is definately an option.. they are pretty much allergy free and better than saran wrap...lol. Julie http://www.swingersboard.com | |

If it is just pregnancy you are worried about with your partner, Lambskin is fine as they allow more sensitivity to the male while using them. This is especially helpful if the man has a problem feeling with a regular latex condom.(yes it can happen despite some protests!) There are also the female condoms as well! Equality in all things..VBG..keep in mind as well the high expense of Lambskin as oppoesed to regular condomd..the polyurethane ones are more expensive than latex but not as expensive as Lambskin.
