Being newbies, we of course, have to get into the condom usage. It has been 18 yrs. since wife & I have had to use them. We started practicing with them recently, and found that she seems to be allergic to them. Any advice? Guys, which brands have you seemed to prefer? We appreciate your help! Keith |

I have found that while I am not allergic to condoms in general that I am allergic to the combination of latex and Nonoxynol-9 (spermicide). I know that there are many other women who are allergic to latex in general. Try different brands out and different kinds (with and without lubrication/spermicide/etc). If you figure out that she is allergic to latex there are sheepskin condoms that you can use as well. |
