am i being paranoid? Birth control and antibiotics

Well my gf has really sesitive skin and she got some sort of a rash on her neck from a irritated hair folicle. The dermatologist prescribed some antibiotics for her to take. Since she is on the pill we agreed no sex due to the fact that other medication can affect the pill this was the week before she went on her period. Well after she got off her period she was still on the antibiotics for two days after she was off. Well we had sex and I am really worried that the pill work not work right because she was on the medication for 2 days. Am I being paranoid or do I have reason to feel this way. Thanks everyone for your help and I'm new by the way

It probably won't have hurt to have waited a few extra days, but I honestly don't feel you have anything to worry about. That is her least furtile time and she isn't likely to have conceived even if she wasn't taking the pill. I would take a deep breath and relax. If you find yourself loosing sleep over it, I would reccomend she sustain from being with anyone else but you though until she has had another period. Always better to be safe than sorry, and at least this way here if the unlikely happens, at least you'll know who the father is. Still-Relax-again- odds are in your favor.

oh I forgot to metion, we don't swing. I stumbled upon this site by accident and thought it was cool how all of you are willing to give advice and support to other people. I have nothing against swing just not my cup o tea. To all of you that do congrats do what makes you feel good/happy it's just I'm not ready for that myself by I respect your peoples beliefs.

With that bit of information then I would definetly rest easy, though I want you to keep one thing in mind; very few of us actually "plan" to have a baby and there really isn't any "perfect" time. No matter what, if you two love each other and have a solid relationship, you can make it work. We will never really have "enough" money or a big enough house. The best thing for a child is committment and love. With that, you can raise a sucessful adult.

I'd say take your wife out back and shoot her, that rash is probably contageous.
