| Posts: n/a | I recently noticed that buried in a maze of other topics/replies were the question/problem of yeast infections. As all women know well, yeast infections are a reality of life for those who have vaginas. But you need not suffer ever from yeast infections. EVER!!! One of the great benefits of yoghurt is the elimination/curing of yeast infections. In fact, if you eat yoghurt twice a day for two days, the infection and all symptoms will disappear quickly. If you find that you enjoy yoghurt, eat it regularly, you will never get such infections and your digestive tract will be the best ever. Also, after a woman takes strong antibiotics frequently yeast infections occur as well as digestive distresses. YOGHURT!! All natural. I eat yogurt nearly every day for lunch, and haven't had a yeast infection yet. Just yankin' your chain, soppo. No harm intended. ![]() Personally, I've never delved too deeply into those issues. Wouldn't make a great ice breaker with those first meetings. ![]() Husband of CanadianCouple [This message has been edited by CanadianCouple (edited 05-22-2001).] |

I have many friends that have had yeast infections. At 42 I guess I'm very fortunate to have never had one myself.I will pass along the eat yoghurt message to them. Thanks for the eip, I'm sure it will be very useful to some. Wife of CanadianCouple [This message has been edited by CanadianCouple (edited 05-23-2001).] |

The actual benefit to Yogurt is the acidopholis (sp?).. anyway if you don't like yogurt you can get acidopholis capsules at your local health store (they are usually in the refrigerated section).
