Seriously, if you have plans to stay at this place for a while I would respectfully decline. If the job is important enough for you then go see a lawyer and have him documnet it and then let it be. I can see this guy or his enwife feeling awkward or pissed off after you tell him you don't want to fuck his her. To avoid the embaresment they may look for reasons to get rid of you.
You need to protect yourself.

I agree, it's not showing disrespect to them. After all, they did offer. But I tend to agree with most here who suggest that it just isn't all that great of an idea. Sure, it makes for a great letter in a skin rag ("I never thought it would happen to me...") but it seriously complicates things as far as the employee-boss relationship goes.

Think of it this way: assume that he does do it. And he get's promoted strictly because of his own merits and work performance. Now, his co-worker who got denied the promotion finds out he's been tapping the boss' wife. The disgruntled employee files a complaint with the EOEC and starts a civil lawsuit, naming the OP as a defendant. Likely? Probably not. Possible... in today's sue-happy world? Oh, yeah. Plus, the OP has his own hard work called into question.

Also, yes, there are many men who like seeing their wives "breeding" with young studs (hey, we've all seen the internet porn). Doesn't mean that every "young stud" wants to take part in the lifestyle. As far as we know, the OP is deeply religious, and this stands against everything he believes in.

That being said... if he's game, and he's already decided to move on to another job / better position (pun not intended), then, hey... have fun!

I got to totally agree with two4youinswva, No way! You're asking for major problems, work is work not work & play. A line to never cross, I know of a few people who crossed this line & ended up jobless & unemployable from bad references! Does it happen? Yes, it sure does & isn't worth the risk. I would guess thier interest in sex with You is because you're a black male & most likely both of them are turned on by inter-racial sex, which is ok, but not @ work.
