I call shenanigans.

web-based email clients (such as yahoo) will timeout. For example:

Why does yahoo continually time out when I try to access my mail? - Yahoo! Answers

6 years of email on the server ? wow

and the next time you checked your email you worked it all out ? Nope, I don't see the connection.

If you checked "remember me" - which why would anyone do on someone else's computer - it will keep you logged in for several days to a week at a time before it logs you out.

Ed here-- If this person went through all your email for six years, sounds like the immoral person is this friend. After all, your sex is consensual, his invasion of your privacy was not.

There are plenty of other churches.

But I'm with Vegas Lee, seems like a troll. The person seems to have been in the Lifestyle for years, yet joins this site and that is the first, and only,thing he writes about. That, and he never checked back.

Our best advice is to be honest -- even with your kids. You don't say how old they are, but our oldest daughter found out about our lifestyle. We answered her questions honestly and succinctly. (She found our profile on AFF-- she's almost 27)

Any lies you tell to try to cover things up will only come back and bite you. I'm curious why you think they would try to hurt you so bad by telling your kids. Are church goers in that area really that vindictive or is this due to an active imagination that you fear they might tell your kids?

There are a few things I'm confused about though... How do you know it was him AND his wife going through six years of email? How do you know they even went through it? I would have no clue if someone went through my yahoo mail because it's not "bolded" anymore and I would have no idea if someone went through it or not. (I actually delete all my mail at the end of the day, unless it's something I really want to save -- it's not saved on Yahoo.)
