If_You_Please gives some great advice
Default Two Keys to Being a Sucessful Single Male in the Lifestyle

1. Patience.

2. Willingness to travel.

It's a hard knock life...

Then again, my perspective may be just slightly skewed, considering my whole life I've been tied to the bed with the Bible Belt and just can't leave the Deep South regions alone.

My experience as a single male (at first) was to simply have no expectations. I've gone to a number of parties, clubs, meet & greets, yadda yadda. And I've always had fun. I've not always had sex, but I've had fun. And by having low (or no) expectations, I'm almost always surprised. If the night ended with little more than a new friend or 2, and some drinks then GREAT. Alot of the friends I've made simply wanted to get to know me first. Since I'm Military, and alot of Lifestyle friends I have are also military; discretion is a must. Something as simple and fun as Polyamory can be a career ender. I'm getting off point. Sometimes, just being a good friend, and having no expectations, can find yourself in the middle of a delicious sandwich. Times change, and now I'm not single. The new love of my life is just someone new and inexperienced. Now, I have my own experience to rely on to coach and guide my newby out of Vanilla-Land with plenty of patience understanding; Because I've been there, and Oh Boy, have I done that.

Patience is good.

Willingness to travel? Hmmm...I'm not sure about that one.

You need to be smart when you respond to an ad, shows signs of a sense of humor and be willing to go with the flow, we single males must realize it's a special thing to be invited to be with another man's wife and you should treat it as such.
