Hello from St. Louis & Your Opinion Please

Hope everyone is having a wonderful evening. I'm a single male in St. Louis, well sort of, and no I'm not a cheater...haha. I have a girl friend, but not in the relationship sort of way. We've known each other since 1st grade and are too good of friends for any relationship yet we're both single and friendly enough to enjoy the lifestyle together. So...I'm still a single male and we both act accordingly because we have known each other longer enough to trust each other's "single" judgement well enough.

So I'm not sure how everyone here views my situation, anyone have any takes? Do the majority of you put me in the same boat as a cheater, if so why?

So basically this girl is your FB and occasional swing partner? But other than that there's not really a relationship?

If this good friend/lover is under the assumption that you two are exclusive (other than swinging together), I would consider that cheating. Guys know when a woman they're just "hanging out with" is under the mistaken belief that they're being exclusive and that they have a special relationship. These woman are usually waiting for the "L" word, and for the next big step in the relationship. Some guys will exploit that, and think that just because the relationship hasn't been explicitly spelled out, it's all good.

If you are both fully aware and understanding of your situation, that you can and do step out with others whenever you want to, that's not cheating.
