What's your current favorite profile site for meeting other swingers? And why? What about it makes it better than others? Is it a local site or a national site? Tell us about it.

I'm still partial to SLS personally. It's not as good here in the Northwest as it was in the Midwest, but I suppose I'm just not eager to step out of my comfort zone.

We are on Kasidie as well, which is great for finding events and groups but I haven't had ANY luck with one-on-one kind of situations there. Not that I've tried hard... Maybe THAT's my problem. lol

netechangisme.com A pay site. The first site we signed with and still the best for getting results, the people there seem to be motivated and experienced.

nouslibertins.com A pay site Much better functionality, really well designed site and a joy to use. You can leave you private photos open to other people for fixed periods of time, a history of who you've visited, historic of all chats, really good. But seems to have lots of chat and never gets to real meets. Also a high proportion of newbies.

adopteunmec.com. Free for women, men pay. Men can only contact women who first contact them. The site is based on the concept of a supermarket, the men are the product, the women add or remove them from their shopping carts. Intended as a dating site it also has women who are looking for "friends with benefits" Since Fiona and I now occasionally meet solo I have got to play with some really lovely women here.

For economy reasons we can't justify running three pay sites every month so we will drop adopteunmec and nouslibertins. The women I have met and am currently chatting to can continue via MSN. Also to be realistic there just isn't time to play with all the people who we fancy!! We should concentrate on giving the best of ourselves to the great people we have already met.

I do like sls, but Swinger Zone Central gets my vote for being the most dynamic and fresh. The content is ever changing and we have met great people from there. Their groups are active, they list parties, it's like facebook for grown-ups with personal walls and community walls. It's the only site we're paid (lifetime) members on.

SLS is the only site we've ever had any success with.

SwingLifestyle continues to be our favored Web site. Their programming might not be very sophisticated, showing us, for example, the same five "random picks" nearly ever time either of us logs on. But they have certainly attracted a loyal following. We have made a greater number of quality contacts there than at any other site. We receive ten times the hits on other sites but only a hundredth of these have any prospect of an actually meeting. And there is one we abandoned owing to the fact that they salt their set of profiles with shills and send messages to your registration address after your term of membership expires that imply you've received responses.

The place ain't pretty but you cannot deny success.

We're on SLS also but love the look and feel of kasidie. It also has that Facebook touch with the wall you can post to and many options such as groups, Parties/events, travel and clubs. They occasionally have good deals on annual and lifetime memberships.

Yes, I think that's Ashley and AFF. To get certified at Kasadie we had to email a picture of both of us with our user name and date on a sign in front of us. You won't have access to many of the pictures and some of the tools until you do this.

Was my first site after AFF, and I love it. 99.9% real people. They do trial memberships, but it is only 1 week, and you can opt out of being seen by them. Clean site (i.e. not busy looking appearance wise), easy interface. It is technically national, but is mostly east coast, especially DC/VA/MD/PA/DE/NY. Very responsive support staff. High volume of full swap couples.

SLS is our original and still best site for people that we can realistically meet. SwingerZoneCentral is good and growing but not many locals in our area. However the owner/site manager is a swinger and understands what is actually needed, not to just bring in more $. The Forums are where we have made some good friends and often have topics open for discussion that are important to us.

Kasidie we use for national events and parties. Also facebook style but seems more commercial and centered in the midwest and west.

SDC has been our favorite from 2008. It caters more to the international traveler. We love their travel planner feature. It's sleek, and easy to use, plus lots of hot couples

We are also in SLS but we haven't had any luck there. Lifestyle Lounge is also great but very localized in CA.

We have equal success with SDC and SLS. We like Kasidie for the layout though. They have a very nice face book like interface that make it easy and fun to communicate with other couples.

So if we base our likes on success at finding playmates we like SDC or SLS. For ease of use and how it is laid out we like kasidie. Also kasidie does a much better job of getting party information out.

SLS is pretty much the only one we use. I prefer it because it has the best events listing and that's the site most people use to sign up on the guest lists. We don't use it to meet people online but even still, it has the most people and would be the one I'd use.

So far we've only had success with sls we've given a few other site's a try but it seems like the membership around us is a lot lower than sls but we still keep an eye on other sites just don't check them nearly as often as we do sls.

C4P (ClubForeplay) carries a lot of punch in the KS/MO/AR/OK area. We're also on SLS but didn't have as much luck there so we've gone primarily with C4P.

We received a free upgraded Kasidie membership as a way to communicate with other cruisers who are on the same lifestyle cruise as us later this summer. We have full use of the Kasidie site, and a special sub-site just for our cruise. We have never been members of an on-line group before. The site is easy to use and fun (at least for on-line virgins like us). We've exchanged emails with a few couples, who all seem very nice, but we are still going to need to meet them before we will know if there is mutual chemistry. The site is really much more sophisticated than I would have guessed.

Due to the fact that I've had an incredibly hard time meeting people around Vancouver, I'm now shamelessly promoting Lifestyle Swingers Dating for Swinging Couples simply because it is based here. I'm not affiliated with the site, and I don't feel the layout there is absolutely the best, but it is local, and I would really love to meet more people from BC and Washington

Although we are not fanatics of connecting with people over the internet we recently took advantage of the free trial on the SwingLifeStyle as Julie said and noticed a lot of fake and wanna be couples that looked drunk or on drugs not even a smile on their pictures we would imagine probably their dentures or teeth are not their good gesture and their hair like they just woke up with a bad hair do. So, our suggestion is like Julie has said, first take advantage of the free trials and see if the people in your area fits your profile before swapping your credit card.

I hope that you signed up at SwingLifeStyle and not at SwingingLifeStyle. SwingingLifeStyle was created by people who are hoping that somebody is going to type SwingLifeStyle incorrectly into the address bar of their Web browser. The tip-off is that you referred to a trial period. SwingLifeStyle has no trial period. You can sign up for free and be a free member for the rest of your life if you want.

Next month will make 8 years that I have been in the swinger lifestyle. I'm very comfortable with it and ready to move on to a new chapter in finding out more sexy ways to add to my sexual experiences. Where we are it is AFF! As long as you are a gold member, have lots of pics of both of you and have a well written profile you get interest here. At least that is what we are finding. We also went to our first very large private house party from an invite off there that was the best thing we ever did for getting ourselves out there. It is useless as a standard member though.

Anytime I've looked anything online its usually Craigslist. It may sound limited, but it has a broad reach geographically and while yes there are a ton of scams and fakes, I have made contacts there and enjoyed some success in finding good people to both meet or be online friends with. I just found fetlife & it looks promising. There is a lot of activity near me and this is not exactly a sexually open area. One group is from my alma mater. I did not like college girls so much when I was in school, I was too serious a student and I kept asking out gay girls--we just had tons of them. Now I really want college age girls, haha. It might just become my favorite site but, like Tia, I am not a heavy BDSM. I will see where it goes in a few months/years; hopefully I will not get locked in a cage and forgotten or anything.

As relative newbies this is an interesting thread to us. We actually dipped our toes in the LS back about 6 years ago when a couple we met in a vanilla bar followed us out of the bar and asked if we were in the lifestyle. We had no idea what they meant, LOL! They gave us a business card like card that had their C4P profile and user name on it. This was in KC. So we were intrigued, looked at the website, it got us talking about Wifey's very strong Bi side, which we'd never thought we could ever explore, so we took a deep breath and created a profile. With zero knowledge of what we were doing. We had photos since we like taking photos and have some really good ones. We said in the profile we were just looking for a woman to help the wife experience her Bi side. We got a LOT of emails, I think as someone else said, C4P is pretty big in that area. We found one couple that seemed pretty compatible, the other wife and my wife talked on the phone, we made a date for drinks, all four of us hit it off right away, and we had a couple of very hot dates. Then we had to move (Recession, job disappeared, had to find a new one.)

We ended up in NW Iowa. With the job change, etc. we kinda put the LS thing on the back burner, but we renewed our sub to C4P a couple of years ago, and really didn't get anything. Lots of "Life" stuff so we dropped the sub, then decided to get into the LS again by going to a club. In Chicago. When we do a search, there just doesn't seem to be many people at all within 100 miles of us on there.

So we then heard that Swingvillage.com had a good presence in our area. Again, same profile, pics, etc. as on SLS and Kasidie. And we have been deluged with emails, from all kinds of couples. My wife is out of town and we've been out of town for maybe a month, and just tonight she said, you know, we're gonna be having a LOT of drinks with people when we get back! LOL!

So I guess I'm jumping in to say what everyone knows: It really seems to depend on where you are. SLS is pretty good for us, Kasidie is run by nice people and is a "fancy" site and some of our Naughty in N'Awlins friends have profiles there and so we connect with them on there to keep up with each other, but is a zero for dates, and a place most people have never heard of, swingvillage.com has resulted in more contacts/emails than we can handle! FWIW

We have been on Swinglifestyle for 12 years (took the leap back then for a lifetime membership). Don't regret it.

We used to be on Kasidie but it went downhill from it's beginnings.

Ad for AFF and Swappernet lasted for a short time. Too many single guys who can't read.

swingtowns.com, swinglifestyle.com, affairalert.com those are 3 good swingers website.

We've tried several, but the best (for us, YMMV) is Quiver. We like the layout being more like facebook. It's less clunky that others and their integrated mail and messenger is easy to use and fast. And the people on it are HOT.

Haven't been to impressed with others. AFF is really only useful for webcam fun, as they want your money so bad you can't even view profiles for free.

Forget craigs list, lots of fakes, they will never show up to meet.

Yeah, it's interesting, we've been members of a number of sites: C4p when we were in the KC area, now SLS and Swingvillage, and all have been much more fruitful for us than Kasadie, in spite of it's big name and fancy design.

We use two SLS and SDC - both paid lifetime members. The main difference is geographical. SLS is well represented here in the NE but the site lacks some of the more advanced graphics. We have vacationed in Florida and at Desire, using SDC because that site has much more of a presence in Florida and Mexico. SDC has the ability to post videos but lurkers should be aware that SDC tell the other profile that you specifically checked them out.

Great topic for the forum and it's good to see its been going on for some time. Sites do change over time and it's good to see that evolution.

Located near Vancouver, BC our perspective is from that location. We have found that sites definitely have a geographic preference. We are also looking at this from the perspective of being a 43 year old outgoing couple who are more into FWB vs the club scene.

So far these are our experiences:

Kasidie - easy to use site. Very social but not a lot of local people.

SDC - We didn't really enjoy this site. Reached out to a few people with no response also had an issue with the site as they billed us after we cancelled. Called the number but told "to bad". Not great customer service.

ITL - easy to use site but doesn't work well with smart phones. ITL James runs the site and is very approachable and helps with any issues. Also very quick to act on fake or rude profiles. We have met most people on ITL and they are all great people. There is a strong club crowd on this site.

AFF - Looks to be all about quick hook ups. Not our thing. Was an easy site to use.

It is getting to be a pain paying for multiple sites, especially with their cost and the value of the Canadian peso.

We are going to give swing lifestyle a try and set up a profile this weekend. Stay tuned...lol

Had some success when I was half of a LS couple on SLS, but we mainly used it as a way of keeping in touch with our local club friends. Since I'm now playing as a single I've tried SLS and Kasidie, but without much success from either. Kasidie seems to be for couples that have the expendable income to travel a lot, and the local contacts are pretty much the same as on SLS. Since our local club is in transition and only does hotel parties, I've kind of lost interest in swinging lately.

AFF is what we chose to use because it seemed to have the largest amount of members according to a few review sites. Admittedly, I know those types of review sites are often paid by the sites to be at the top, but regardless, we went with AFF, well, the variant AdultXXXDate.com, but it really is the exact same site.

Our experience so far has been great. From signing up to going on our first date was less than a week and that date ended up being a full swap so no complaints there. The couple we met we talked with for a couple hours on 2 different nights before we made plans for the date and the date was just that, go meet in person and see if we want to go back.

Other than that, we have been in contact with and chatted a bit with 4-5 other couples that we are interested in meeting up with. There are people ranging from ages 24-60+ in the profiles we come across so a wide age range is covered, though most do appear to be late 40-55, that is fine with us even though we are 31(her) and 35(me). The couple we met up with were 48(her) and 53(him) and that was no problem for either any of us.

All in all, I see no reason for us to even consider looking at other sites currently as we already have enough interest from enough couples to likely last us at least a year, lol. I am also hoping that we will meet others through these people and hopefully get invited to some house parties or something and not have to go online looking anymore.

We discovered Fullofdesire.com . A nice little free website. small group of active people from all over. I se it more as like this forum site. More about connecting and chatting with people more-so than the "hook-up".

We actually had a single woman approach us on SLS. Unfortunately she seemed to good to be true, even though she seemed to have a number of certifications. She was young, very hot, and to be honest we had to ask her, OK, this board is FILLED with couples younger than us and as hot as you appear to be, why are you approaching us? (Don't get me wrong, we are pretty hot and fun, but we've got daughters her age!) The more we chatted with her, the more evasive she got. Eventually we just said, hey, we don't think we're a match, good luck. and moved on. About 2 weeks later she was off the board (apparently she comes on and off the board frequently.)

 

That said - in our last podcast we interviewed a couple we met on SLS who have become great friends and great playmates, and the wife of the other couple was a unicorn on SLS for about a year and she described what it was like. She did say she had no shortage of offers, as you would expect (and she also laughed at all the pictures she got sent of cocks - she said, yeah, I know what one of those look like, you aren't impressing me, LOL!) But if she was on there I'm sure there are others.

I hear what you're saying about the red flag, but the Mrs. and I are living proof that such couples do exist, and are drama-free. In addition to playing together, we give each other hall passes for solo play. In practice this means that I'm playing solo, because one of the reasons why we are giving each other permission for solo play dates is that my wife's appetite is not as high as mine these days. I get her OK for each solo play date, and give her a full report afterwards, so she knows I'm not keeping anything from her. And she feels more enthusiasm when we play together, getting just the right amount of play for her tastes. When I approach a couple or single for solo play, I always let them know that I'm married, and offer them the chance to talk to or meet the Mrs. to allay any concerns they might have.

As to the original question... We are on a number of sites, but our two favorites (and the ones that have produced the most in-person meet-ups) are SLS and APG. We have met one (great!) couple through Kasidie, and we've "almost met" two couples through Quiver. We're also on FetLife, just for kicks (just for kinks? ).

I also wanted to mention that Facebook is a great place to get with your fellow swingers! We are in numerous "secret" groups there, using a separate account from our "vanilla" accounts on FB. We've met lots of people through these groups!

We are also on a site that focuses on adult travel destinations, called Adult Travel Forum. That site was instrumental in helping us select Desire Riviera Maya as our first swinger vacation destination, though the site seems to be pretty heavily biased toward Hedonism (that's on our bucket list, too!).

And, of course, this is our favorite site for conversation and learning !
