    I try to avoid comments to stories on the 'intertubes' - they always make me cringe. For some reason general purpose news sites are the worst. It doesn't matter what the topic is, 'New iPhone Released' will invoke the Apple bashers; "People pursue their own path to happiness" will invoke claims that happiness is immoral, illegal, and fattening; "Puppy saved from well" will result in posts blaming someone for allowing the puppy to get stuck in the first place... I just don't need it.
