A new club has filed for licensing....

The reported name: Minglers Social Club. The building owner, Ralph Perrone, said the club would open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Adults would enter using membership cards.
"If it's a full-fledged swingers club, we wouldn't be too excited about that", said Greg Lugar, executive director of the Merritt Island Redevelopment Agency. "It's not a good location for anything like that, because it's got two of our best family restaurants - Olive Garden and Red Lobster - that abut next to it."
But Perrone disagrees. He said his tenant would generate tax revenue at a building that has sat vacant the past three years.

I'm pretty certain the folks going to Minglers won't be too disturbed by Red Lobster, so not too much to worry about here.

However, there IS a couple in Merritt Island that have parties at least two weekends a month (everyone I know has been to one of their parties, lol). They might not be too thrilled at this idea.
