Had this happen last week. Went to visit our friends for the 4th of July and my playmate got visited by Aunt Flo on the 2nd. Doesn't bother me and we went at it, on the bed with towels and in and out of the shower. It was more of a problem for her mentally as she admitted a couple days later she was distracted. This weekend though, I get her undivided attention.

An old porn trick which they use goes like this......Go to the hardware store and pick up a NATURAL sea sponge. The kind that is used for stipple painting. Its in the paint aisle.

Take it home and cut it into the size of a small orange. If done right you can usually get two out of one sponge. Boil it for 30 minutes in half hydrogen peroxide and half water. Rinse it out and insert. Guarantee no muss no fuss and no flo. Just remove when finished re boil and store it away for another time.

Natural sea sponge tampons are also available on the internet, but its more costly. If you do a little research, this has been done for ages.

The only problems....once in a while it might be tough to remove. Hubby may have to do it for you. Bending over and him working from behind seems to make it ease....Occasionally the man can feel it. Its not uncomfortable but he will know something is there.

Most married guys are willing to play during that time of the month, honestly though it depends on the female and how willing she is.

Mrs Tom for example is willing on most every day but the few of the highest flow. She has found and used those cup things and discovered that those work rather well for her, even on the high flow days (well enough to allow the wearing of most any outfit) , but she just doesnt feel like sex on the high flow days.

Back to original poster, we feel for you. Aunt flo is evil with her unplanned visits. Usually what happened to us was on the once every other month we planned a hotel stayover that is the night that aunt flo was at her worst. Didnt matter if it was 3, 4 or 5 weeks from the last period, it peaked on that night. Really frustrating, especially since Mrs periods were rather high flow and longer than most. She ended up having an ablation which helped quite a bit.

There is nothing to worry about, any good man will be understanding and will be there the day you are back to normal.

Having sex while aunt flo is visiting is doable but that takes a LOT of trust since microbes spread more easily that way (if you are both clean it shouldn't be a problem)

Lots of sense here. This is mine:

1) you can wait. Lota sexual excitement is about anticipation, so here's some more anticipation.

2) bloody sex is acceptable or even fun for some. But do you want to swim across that river your first time? I'd want my first time to be absent of complications.
