How do I put up a profile pic?

Click on User CP at the top of the page.
-Then on the upper left side, you'll see a category called "Your Profile".
-Under that category, click on "Edit Profile Picture".

There may be a 10 post minimum before you can post a picture.

If you have tried the correct procedure and it did not work, it is owing to the fact that you have not yet made the required number of posts into forums. I believe the number is ten. You're close. Try again.

I see you have attached a picture to a post. That will not appear until after it has been reviewed and approved.
