How many use enemas as part of your pre-play prep?

On a previous thread sometime ago I read about a gentleman who, while preparing to indulge in an evening with his SO and another couple, took the obligitory time to shower, shave and get really spiffed up. He also wrote that he gave himself a fleet enema to possibly stave off any embarrasing situations. MrsHJ and I have used the GasX pill but for the life of me I never considered a fleet enema. Have any of you out there either practice this or do this before an evening of play?

Kris and I both do everything but the enema if we are playing. However, if Kris will be pegging me, I often give myself an enema.

I should clarify that I use a water-only enema.

We have a little squeeze bulb thingy that you fill with warm water and squirt in. We don't use it every it e we do anal, but he's happy to help me if I want to do it first. Just a little spring cleaning, so to speak!

We use it all the time. Water only , for a good rinse out ,has been a part of our anal fun for many years. never any problems with doing it.

Only when anal will be involved do I touch enemas. Even water only ones can throw off the balance of bacteria and all that so only when necessary for my peace of mind will I touch 'em.
