I see you. I see that spot above the forums where your names are! Trying to hide up there eh? Not working. I click on your names and I see some of you have been on for years!!! Even with profiles on SLS. (Yeah, you know who you are miss cutie in the nice dress) All without a single post!!

It's ok, I was a lurker too.

But c'mon, I encourage you to you know, participate, every couple months or so.

We don't bite...honest...unless you want us to.

We were lurkers too - for a long time. We didn't even register - just read the posts as guests!

It is VERY liberating to finally join the site and participate!! I agree with Mr. Truelove - come on.... join the fun!!

Initially we did post some stuff, but we started waning off. I (male part) keep surfing and gobbling up info, however, she is caught up in household activities and hence is not able to keep up. But however, we have decided to visit a club this weekend for sure. we had earlier decided to visit a club on a couple of other occassions, but could not keep the committment.

This site really gives what ever a couples needs to know about swinging without even becoming one or experiencing it first.

We will remain here for a long long time.

There are never too many opinions irrespective of the issue.

I think many folks new to the idea of swinging are reluctant to post because they have no "experience." It's my opinion though that everyone has the right, (even obligation) to express one's opinion on moral issues, tastes, thoughts, aspirations, hopes...

I can see how an inexperienced swinger might not want to give advice on how to hook up an MFM double-penetration, but other than that...

I read your original post and immediately thought of Romper Room. Which, of course, is very disturbing to me.

For those of you not old enough to remember Romper Room, or having not grown up in an area where it was televised, mostly in the 1950s to 1970s, it was an early tv show aimed at pre-schoolers. Lots of games, songs, and stories with the aim to get the rugrats to learn and be well-behaved. The host of the show -- in my area it was Miss Patty -- led the proceedings and at the end would look into a "magic mirror" and name some of the children she saw through the magic of television... ("Romper, bomper, stomper boo. Tell me, tell me, tell me, do. Magic mirror, tell me today. Have all my friends been good at play? I see Susan, and Tommy, and there is Ralph. I see Louise and Fred...")

So, again, this is disturbing to me. Mr. Truelove looked into his magic mirror and noticed all the lurkers...and I wonder if Miss Patty would wonder if you all have been "good at play." Well, assuming Miss Patty was a swinger and was still active in the lifestyle, since of course at this point she would probably be in at least her late 70s. More power to Miss Patty and her cohorts!

Trying to be a good Mr. Do Bee (and that's not "doobie") in some ways that most Romper Room hosts might not approve of,

I lurked long enough to figure out how to put my name on the board. I was on a grand total of a few seconds before my first post. I am both feet at one time type person. I find as much as I get out of reading I get more out of asking. or sharing my insights. I found out quickly that I was nieve in plenty of things. Having my ideas challenged by more experience people helped my grow faster with in the lifestyle. I may not have had my first experience yet but I am very much aware of what the lifestyle is about. I still have alot to learn, but I do believe by interacting I am father ahead then if I just read. But that is just how I work.

Ok, i guess we would be one of the ones that have been here for years and don't post much. Atleast not anymore. we were very active a few years ago and are just now starting to get back into the swing of things.

But we have always loved this board and read it as much as possible even if we don't post much.

Now that we are geting back into the lifestyle, we will hopefully get more active on the board.

There is also the fact that the wonderful people that do post more often on this board have usually said what we wanted to say, but said it better than we could have so we just let it go.

Anyways, hope to talk to everyone more often.
