I hated to pick just one, but I had to so I went with Red!! I love all Lin..Grrr..Eeee...specially when it's coming off. Nothing beats garters, nylons and high heels....mmmm...watch her Strut!!!

I can speak for Liz on this one... she doesn't wear the lingerie any more... it always came off too fast for anyone to appreciate it, so it's been in the drawer for years... so the answer is 'no'!

Black nylons and black high heels is what I prefer.

But any color that is coordinated is okay if the outfit is sexy and the heels are sexy. Nude color nylons is probably the least appealing color.

Nude is very appealing, but if you are wearing nylons the contrast in color and your nude skin helps make it a little naughty and sexy

Well, EBF my theory is that my friends and I in back the 50's used to find our Dad's "girlie" magazines and the models wore black seamed hose and high heels, etc. Kind of like conditioning at a young age so to speak. Sooooo......EBF, what's your theory, We would be interested in hearing it.

Well, I find color to be interesting. Healthcare background here - so just hear me out for a minute. Nurses...white uniforms...studies long, long ago...patients describe horribly intense pain as "searing, burning white" pain...nurses now wear colored scrubs. Rarely in hospitals do you see white uniforms.

OK...black...strong, dominating, forceful, take charge, aggressive, leader, power, mature, whorish in a classy sort of way...all of those things. Sometimes evokes a certain amount of fear...think of Hell's Angels in their black leather. Shiny black limousine denotes a certain amount of power and control. With men, and particularly the sexually open men we find on this board, I tend to believe these characteristics of the color black come into play in their choices.

Someone mentioned a conditioned response in terms of girlie magazines and such...maybe...but I've also seen many photos in such magazines in which the females wore pastels. Again, to denote certain images the publishers wanted to convey - innocence, etc.

Where do priests and nuns fit into your 'black' theory? After all, black is predominantly their colour too.

Me, too, on some of these days. Sometimes just pure grouchy!

Anyway...priests and nuns...OK, I was specifically talking sexually oriented, but beyond that...Yes, recent changes in perception due to molestation charges, etc., but in the past, isn't it true that they were looked upon as powerful people, particularly in their church. Leaders, take-charge types. Lent their expertise to family crisis, looked upon by many as the "final authority" when important decisions were to be made, be they for the family or the entire community. And in some cultures, especially as we see it here in Dallas, they are still looked upon as very powerful people.

Look at judges, morticians...even your good-guys/bad-guys stories...they all wear black. The more powerful ones...the ones to be reckoned with. Also...look at Hopalong Cassidy - always wore black. Paladin...always wore black. Maverick when he was "The Gambler." 007 - wore black. All powerful, aggressive, perceived to be in control and maybe even omnipotent.

Of course...no sexual connotations...but the color black, IMO, is as stated.

I didn't go to sleep until after 4 AM...grouchy, irritable, short-tempered, coffee not helping...and if I'm going to wear anything today, it will be BLACK - to match my mood.

If I had to pick one it would be white..... Just something about the innocent look. To be completely honest though, if there is a pair of thigh high panty hose, and a garter belt. Im pretty much done... It doesnt matter what color she is wearing...

It's less the color but the texture that really matters for me. It must be very sexy with transparence of the lace...

If the lady is black then white or pink would suit her best than a black lingerie... On the opposite, on a white skin a black lingerie would fit better...
