Bikini's, I like things nice and snug. I'd wear a thong, but I just cant get used to the rubbing up the rear.

Most of the time I wear the cotton breifs, but I have some REALLY soft cotton bikini's that I wear whenever we are going to entertain, or whenever I feel like it actually. Wish I could find some more of them. I might switch to them exclusively. I definately like the warm secure feeling they give.

By the way, is it me, or does anyone else feel awkward stripping down to white breifs at a swing event?

Hmm... depends on the situation:
1. Meeting a couple we KNOW we'll be getting intimate with - commando
2. Meeting a couple we MIGHT get intimate with - boxer/briefs
3. Lounging around the house or 'weekend' dressing - briefs
4. Sleeping - commando (sorry... had to add that one in there!)

I tend to avoid white underwear, for obvious if slightly unsavoury reasons. If you feel awkward wearing white to events, perhaps you should leave a note to yourself to wear dark colours only in future!

Couldn't vote. Need to have multiple choices. Cotton briefs, silk boxers, commando, and occassionally g-string-types. Need to lose a couple of pounds to feel comfortable in the g-strings in public sans pants.

For work I wear Whitie Tighties, I like feeling of holding tight, in the winter that is. Summer/warmer weather I usually wear boxers to help keep cool, BDU's get hot in the summer. When we go & play I usually wear a Thong Under my boxers, getting used to the piece in the back between my crack.

I have always worn tidy whities too, but since L prefers boxers, I switched. As was mentioned above, it depends on what I grew up with more than anything else. I think, though, that when I'm doing anything physically active (rafting, hiking, armadillo wrestling, etc) I'll stick with the briefs. There's something comforting about keeping The Boys snug and secure next to me.

Now, how do I button the fly on boxers while in public restrooms? I can never find the hole and I end up bent over, searching with both hands, while everybody makes sure to keep a good distance away...

Other than normal briefs (aka Whitey-Tighties) or boxers, have you tried others (men)? do you prefer to have your man in something other (women)?

Many years ago (ok, 10, not that long ago), after high school, I received a Catalog for Adam & Eve (still buy from them, btw). As a young, horny, stud in my late teens it was great. As a gift, they included a pair of mesh briefs. I didn't like them at all, as they didn't offer any support whatsoever. But it did make me look at what else they had to offer. I found a pair of silk, french-cut briefs that (once I received them) quickly became my favorite play pair. I wore them whenever I knew I had a "date". I think the women liked them, but I was so young I didn't really ask.

Not long ago, my wife bought me a cotton thong. Intriqued, I tried it. I loved it. It's 50% commando and 50% loving support. She's since bought me 2 silk thongs (one with flames - meOW) and a brushed velvet thong. I like them all. The best, though, was the first cotton thong. It actually came from Frederick's of Hollywood...and was very inexpensive (so I recommend trying there for your first one, if you decide to).

I like the thongs, because they offer support unlike boxers and aren't plain like briefs. While not overly large, I'm endowed enough to require support. Without, I feel extremely uncomfortable and if the blood starts flowing, very noticeable. But with the thongs, the support is like being cradled in the palm of a loved one.

So, does any other males prefer non-standard underwear or do any of the women like seeing non-standard underwear on your men?

Call be boring maybe but I like the boxers on men. Of course we try to liven it up by getting different designs (he has one with flames too . . facelick )

I have never cared for speedos, thongs etc. Like I said just a personal preference, yeah to the men and their partners who love the non-standard underwear.

I was a tighty whitey man for years and then my wife got me those new boxers that are like a cross between boxers and briefs. I like them much better. for the clubs though I usually go commando.

I was a briefs guy, 'cause that's what my mom always got me. I figured, "Why change?", but then I tried some boxers a while back. They're so much more comfortable, although not as comfortable as not wearing any at all...

Tighty whitey...ah yes, the OLD days. I worked on Mr LM for years to get rid of those. Finally succeeded. He now wears the boxer briefs--I think that's the name on the package--they are a cotton knit, fit tight, but come down a ways on the thigh. Right good times?

Mr LM wears them in grey or black. I love how they look on his great ass.

Personally, (as with Mrs LM above) I like the trunks that are styled like boxers, but fit snuggly like traditional elasticated cotton briefs. There's something a little too flappy about the cut of traditional boxers for my taste, whatever their material.

Mrs B dislikes 'posing pouches' (she says they make men look like 70's pimps and porn stars). Beyond that, she likes underwear that defines the shape of the ass beneath, and that are quick release!
