i just counted, and i have only one red sexy lingerie, and the rest is black. years ago i learned you can never go wrong with black, dress it up, dress it down, classy and sexy is the way to go.

Hmmm as I think about this today (my preferences seem to change frequently) it would be like this.... When I'm in the mood for him to be really passionate with me with a long night ahead I go with RED attire. However when I'm in the mood to 'take control' and make him absolutely crazy it's definately BLACK. BTW...last night I wore BLACK

My favorite type of lingerie is definately corset/bustier style. Certainly accentuates the positive!

To answer for her, she likes lingeri with shiny metal colors in it/them?. :rollseyes Copper, silver or gold but must be toned down like its antiqued.

Hey, gotta tell you all that these are very difficult to find, but when I do find them they are usually very affordable.

I would choose black ... hubby prefers me in white. I don't like me in white. :rollseyes My second choice would be red, because that's may favorite color.

Here's the deal though, I don't like me in lingerie, to tell the truth.

My body is soft and curvy, I am slightly overweight and a little droopy in areas

. So I need SUPPORT and not much lingerie offers that support, and those that do, seem to only offer support for boobs that don't need it, like cup size B. :rollseyes

And tell me, how sexy is lingerie anyway when it has UNDERWIRE????

And does ANYONE know how hard it is to find simple matching bra and panty sets when your top is HUGE and your bottom is a size 6?

LikeMinds ... I wear black ALL THE TIME ... it's very slimming and flattering to me. I know NO ONE thinks I have ANY color in my wardrobe because I simply prefer black. Generally, I too have a basic casual wardrobe of black top and jeans. However, you are a THIN woman ... you have many more options for adding color.

As for your single male, is your top a little scoop-necked at all? Meaning, will dropping your shoulder allow your colored bra strap to show through? Are your jeans low-riders? If so, you could find a reason to bend over and expose the band of your colored panties.

Or you can take the direct approach and simply say, "Hey, I know it looks like I only wear black, but I can assure you, that if you get to the point to get beyond the outer layer, you will see there is much color in my intimate wardrobe!"

Or you know, he's a guy ... he might not even notice the color of what you are wearing, just if it is flattering to your physique.
