Bought some new sex toys / furniture...

We recently got back from Vegas, and being non-gamblers (we played $20 total on slots, lost it, too,) we managed to come back with most of what we went with.

So, we had a discussion, and thought about picking up a set of the Love Liberator Wedge / Ramp combo. We stopped in at our local lingerie / sex toys store, who didn't have any in stock, but the sales girl offered to call us when they got a set in, and hold them for us to take a look at. She also gave us a 25% off coupon (good for any one item)

Yesterday, we went and took a look (they came in,) and opted to go ahead and buy. We wanted to get the "black" version, as we both from time to time enjoy a little lite, playful, bondage (the "black" LL stuff comes with clips to attach cuffs.) Unfortunately, by the time all was said and done last night, we didn't really have time to try out our new furniture before having to shut the lights off.

Today, we went ahead and followed the directions, and threw the covers in the washer (they suggest washing before first use.) Of course, we both have several ideas as to how to use the set, maybe tonight we'll get the chance. Failing that, we're both planning on using them this weekend.

Fun is at the top of our list...

I've even joked with the wife about taking along the cuffs, the next time we go to the club, as they've got one of the LL shapes (the "Esse") with the clips on it...

Slots are the best income bet for casinos, and the worst for customers.

A relative used to be a programmer working for casinos. The slot machines are all networked. You're playing against one machine, not one of 50 or 100. They will work the odds to their advantage, guaranteed. They will win. Some people will walk away with a jackpot now and then, just to keep it 'legit' enough for customers to keep pumping money into the machine. But, in the end, the casinos will always win big at slots, and the customers lose big.

The Esse is a great unit. We have both the regular and the black covers with the clips. Weve only gotten to use the clips once when I was home for thanksgiving before coming to Iraq. But I can see many wonderful nights in the future when I get home.

House party time only if all the guests are *REAL* friendly, and don't mind / aren't allergic to, dogs and cats (2 cats, one dog) It's amazing, when I think about it. 30-40 years ago, a 1000sqft, 3 bdrm, no basement house would have been plenty for a family of 4. Now, the wife and I are crowded. The amount of "stuff" makes a difference, although our massive book collection probably doesn't help...

Hmm, if you go to Northern MI, let us know how the skiing at Boyne Mountain is! Now, if you're looking to stop by to use the play furniture, you'll want to stop in southern MI.

Well, last night we finally put the Liberators on the bed.

For a first time, I think it was more a learning experience, learning what positions we can get into, and still feel comfortable; learning that vigorous thrusting will cause the cover to slip around the pillow inside, while still staying in place on the second pillow. I think it's going to take us some time to find what works, what doesn't work, and what's fun.

They are quite comfortable, the cover is microfiber, and very soft, while the foam is firm enough to be supportive, and soft enough to be comfy. I think once we get more comfortable on them, it'll get more fun. Some of the problems, and possibly moving to the floor might alleviate this, is when the wife would try to get on the ramp (the larger shape,) with he butt at the high end, it would tip. Luckily, neither of us got dumped off the bed!

The shapes did allow us to try a position, which we've never done before, with no discomfort for either of us (mostly got into the position by happenstance, than planning!) We did try getting into 69 on the shapes, both her on top, and me on top. The problem is, she's a smaller woman, 5'-6" or so, but curvy, so with me on top, my knees couldn't decide if they were going to stay on, or fall off the sides. Her on top, I think will work better, but we need to find a better position, as she was sort of smothering me...

We didn't try anything with the restraints (yet,) but from the overall feel of the shapes, I suspect they'll be decent for the kind of light bondage we'd enjoy. If your a hard-core bondage fan, I'd suspect they wouldn't be strong enough.

So, would I suggest the Liberator wedge / ramp combo? So far, yes, I'd give them the Jason and wife seal of fun and approval.
