| Swingers Board Addict  | Re: Clubwear Hey guys...just a heads up on Amiclubwear. We totally agree, their selection is awesome. Very sexy clothes you can actually wear out on the town. We had a pretty bad experience with them. We had ordered several dresses before going to Desire and got a confirmation and everything. Unfortunately, only one accessory showed up. The receipt on the package simply had our other items crossed off and someone wrote "out of stock." We emailed twice and got no response. We finally called and were told the items were back in stock. Never showed. We called again, changed our order and waited. Items never showed. Called again. The scoop is they don't have an automated inventory system, so the people taking orders have no idea what is actually in stock. We canceled our order but they only gave us credit. Grrrr. We then called our credit card company who actually gave us a full credit. I also discovered they have an ebay store under amistyle. They have over 100 complaints in last 30 days, nearly 400 for 6 months, and 660 over past 12 months. The thing is, I really want them to succeed because their selection is terrific. I think it's just a small business that is overextended. It's too bad because they are going to give themselves a bad rep and lose a lot of business. We may try again when we aren't under time constraints. Who knows we may get lucky. If anyone else buys actual clothes from them, please PM us or post your experience. Just curious. Maybe they'll get better.
