another post on glass toys

Ok this is an attempt to get things going in here.
I know this has been brought up before I read it somewhere and cant find it again. But anywhoo.....

Has anyone seen or bought one of those glass dildo's? I have seen them on real sex and looked up the site a long time ago. And all I have to say about them is I have got to get one. But they are so expensive. I guess in the long run it would be worth the money it is one of those toys that would last a lifetime. But ouch. What do you all think about it?

I would really like to hear from someone that has either purchased one or at least got to play with one.

Actually, I have a few. They feel more smoother than the typical toys, and they are usually FREEZING COLD. You said they were expensive, and indeed they are. But that place I was telling everyone about before has them at pretty decent prices, considering you will pay much more anywhere else. They are still high as hell, but that's the cheapest you'll get them.

I purchased the following:

1. Straight textured shaft pyrex dong = which is a beautiful 8 x 2 inch dong that is studdent all along the shaft. This is by far my favorite of all the glass dongs because of the tickling sensation it gives me both anally and vaginally. The studdent texture looks like connected droplets of water and is VERY beautiful. LOL, i used to leave it on the dresser just for show with a pretty background behind it to make it prettier.

2. Double straight textured pyrex dong = this one is a doubled dong just like the one above.

3. The Pyrex Spinner = looks like a pacifier except long like my husbands dick (except shorter, haha) and has on the base, little knobs to tickle your fancy. even has the ring on the bottom like a real pacifier.

4. Pyrex anal probe = which is just basically a 6 x 1 inch long smooth dildo for your pleasure.

The only problem I have with these are that they usually don't come in WIDE WIDE sizes. I often wonder if I clenched my anus to tightly would it break, but it's not been a problem so far, and they seem to take a pretty good beating if I do say so myself, because I really used the hell out of mine.

I don't know if ALL of them are made from Pyrex Glass, but all the better high end ones I have ever seen are that type. If you are interested in them, go to that store I mentioned, and search Pyrex as the keyword and it should bring up all of them.

can someone explain what the benefits of glass are in a dildo? A friend of my wife's owns one and is very fond of it, but neither my wife nor i could figure out why she wouldnt just rather have one made of a more realistic material. She did say that it could be microwaved to heat it..

i know that pyrex glass is very strong, so i dont think there's any danger of it breaking while inside the woman...but why glass?...

1) Pyrex can be boiled to sanitize it.
2) Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
3) You do not have to worry about the type of lube you select. (Do not use silicon lube with silicon toys, the toy will deteriorate).
4) hardness...some people really like it.
5) smooth...again some people really like it.
6) temperature play....Pyrex and glass will hold temperature for a while so you can refrigerate, freeze, heat etc...
7) clear... you can see thru toy into insertion point (somewhat).
8) weight,, pyrex and glass toys are much heavier and thus have a different feel inside...also good for keigle exercise.

I am sure that there are more, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I'll ask my partner, she may have more to add.
