Herbal Libido Enhancers

Has anyone tried any of the herbal libido ehancement products, male or female? If so, how did they work? What was your experience?

They claim rock hard erections in 20-30 minutes and increased libido, etc.

I have and loved it, I will have to go the shop and get more to remember the name but if you take it when you get your woody it will feel fuller like one you had as a teen and when I had sex it stayed hard after the orgasm and she asked me to stop was a wonderful feeling having my nympho wife asking me to stop for a change

One of the oldest, best known herbals is ginseng. Whole Foods sells a "triple ginseng." Since ginseng has various other health benefits (e.g., helps the circulation), I occasionally take some. Has a positive effect in the sack.

Yohimbe HCL is a prescription drug for that purpose but you can also get powerful Yohimbe bark extracts as food supplements. Be sure to heed the warnings before using - they are not kidding. I no longer use because of side effects.

Another is Tongkat Ali. I find that much more subtle than Yohimbe but with no side effects. Many women also find it effective. Be sure to look for the highest potency extract you can find - not less than 100-1.

I have also tried Miraforte (a blend of herbs) and it did nothing for me. Horny Goat Weed had a slight effect but not enough to justify continued use for me.

Some people find L-Arginine (an amino acid) useful but you have to take a lot of it. It boosts NO2 - as does Viagra. There are drink mixes available with 4 grams per serving that helps some people. Less than 4 or 5 grams per serving is just wasting your time and money. That's a bit much with pills. Best effect is felt on an empty stomach.

With all supplements you should only buy top quality brands.

Please be careful with this one, we had a whole class dedicated to it and if not taken with the right type of diet and all can have some real bad Sides effects, so please do research on it before you go off dosing yourself

I have just purchased a different one and will share how it works, supposedly after a few days of working in the system ( is a daily but can be taken a hour before sex supposedly) I should notice and feel a difference.. I will let you all know as the time goes on as to its effect.

and just so ya know I am one of those weird fellows that things either don't work at all, or I get all the side effects listed ( which are none for this )

I don't really know if the herbal libido enhancers work but, after doing a search online I found a pretty good site selling discount nutritional supplements (mostly bulk) which you may want to look at. They have about 200 various supplements (proteins, vitamins, etc.)

If you "click on "Supplement Guide on the top right and then scroll down to "Sexual Function" there is a list of various herbal supplements which have been touted for this purpose.

If you click on the listing "Products A-Z" there are two formulated products listed there. One is "Sex-ess" and the other is "Sex-Tiva".

As with all supplements be aware of the side-effects that they might have with regards to any medical condition you may have.

Day 2.5 and I am a happy camper with this stuff already, the stuff is all Vitrix , day 3 results after work tomorrow. what it does is inhibits the estrogen and help boost testoterone, all natural. after tomorrow I will have a better Idea of how its working.

Okies, I work a wee bit late into the eve so sorry I can't get these up sooner,

Day 3 or 3.5 as I started them the eve I got them, I am sleeping much better than I have been, more productive, awake earlier and refreshed, as for energy and all it is definitely up! and wee willy is feeling more alive through out the day and night and that's at the dose of 3 tabs morning, 3 tabs afternoon. They do have a dose listed for those that just want to use as a boost of 6 tabs 1 hour before sex.

I definitely say my experience so far has been what others have tauted, that I am able to rise to the occasion when I wish now with out worry, I don't walk around with a constant wood as I have with some others.

There are some that use it to enhance work outs as well with mixed reviews, I think that since it inhibbits estrogen and helps boost testosterone, the ones that felt it failed ( and this is conjecture on my part as no one lists age ) were likely young bucks looking for that "all natural steroid" to replace steroids and most likely also had a full boat if you will of testosterone to play with already.

In the interest of those following this I am 40 yr old my labido had slowed some, my energy was a lil low even when I worked out regular, and I tired quicker than I was used to or even wanted to. I was not sleeping all that great ( and for this and full disclosure ) I had felt as though I was not getting my evening wood like I should have been.

I have been getting the rise in the night as I should, in fact thats how I know I was not functioning as properly there, it evidently was so rare that as I got it regularly ( every 90 minutes it woke me upo the first couple nights ( with a smile on my face I might add )

I can remember the first couple times thinking why the hell can't I sleep and then realizing what was happening cuddling back down with a smile.

So far am very pleased even sexual pleasures have improved back to where they were, stamina, firmness etc.

I'm 59 and although my physical reaction to sexual stimulus is still fairly good, there are times when I realize that I'm not a hot young stud anymore (well, ya gotta have sumthin, if it aint in yer pants, thank goodness for imagination ) So maybe there's something there for me. But that's not why I'm here.

My partner is my focus. If it isn't working for her, it doesn't matter how energetic I am. My wife's libido has all but disappeared so I'm interested in a product that may be helpful for the ladies.... none have weighed in on the subject yet. Is there a reason for that?
