That was handed down from the 5th circuit...however you know they're probably going to appeal the decision.

I think it's also illegal in Texas to be carrying more than a certain number of toys. So it would be my luck that if we take the toy box somewhere....we'd get pulled over and have to pop the trunk....rotflmao

......being in DFW I can tell you, if you get "popped" with more than 5....you'll be arrested on the spot....I've got a few good friends that are cops....aaaannddd they LIVE for stuff like this.....and there's asshole cops out there pulling dancers over.....cars leaving adult known party houses.....adult clubs.....and they always search the car hoping to head back to the station and being hailed for a "6 Dildo bust".......which due to paperwork involved get's them like 1/2 their shift off immediately....next best thing for time off next to a DWI bust.......SnM..out

..NONE of my friends do did/this folks...I do NOT approve of such actions....just described experiences I heard...through those I know...and I was talking about "BAD" cops and what they do/did.......enough already...nuff said...SnM..out

I'll just keep 6 "LIVE" dildos with me....if it's illegal, I bet a male cop would ignore the law!

...And for the record...none of us Texans even heard about this law. Must be one of those outdated things that has been on the books but isn't really enforced.

Actually...I heard about this law when I took a sexuality class last year.

The prof told us about a lady that hosts the f.u.n. parties that was arrested either on the way to or from one with all those goodies in the trunk. And then the prof went on to explain the actual law.

After reading some of the crazy laws still on the books, I just got a good laugh about it.

Yet you can carry a gun in your car even if you don't have a concealed permit so long as you are traveling to another county.

Yeah, like it was said before, more than 5 is not personal use. That is possession with intent to distribute. LOL

There are evidently a few states that have laws like these. I remember (maybe 20 years ago) a radio interview with Frank Zappa who was marveling/railing at the abject stupidity of a police raid on someone's home for having too many dildos. Knock knock knock "Open up in there." knock knock knock "We know you have more than five!" knock knock knock. I think he may have been talking about Alabama.
