Ok - so...as I'm surfing last night looking for more fun toys, I come across this:

Anyone have one? I got an iPod for Christmas and am going "Hmmm...this could be LOTS of fun." The reviews on it make it look like it's great, but I'd like someone I kind of "know" to recommend it to me. Online "testimonials" are easily faked and it's a little more expensive than I'd normally pay for a toy if I get the accessory I want with it too. So, I'm having problems making up my mind. Help!

Sounds pretty cool. I read a while back about a video game (Xbox I think) that was along the same lines... the guy played the game and the music in the game was vibrated through a vibrator for the girl.... guess it gives the female halves of those game addicts something to do.

Hmmm...that would work in my house too. J is a HUGE game addict. He's actually a reviewer/columnist for one of the larger xbox forum sites out there, so he's always "working" on his latest review. That'd definately provide me some amusement.

My wife, Allie, loves it.

The manufacturer sent us one and we tried it out for our podcast.

Here's my 2 cents:

You don't have to have an iPod to use it. It will connect to the headphone jack of any mp3 player, cd-player, stereo or computer.

We used a computer and the extension was long enough for Allie to lie down on the bed while I picked out a few songs for her.

We were not paid to try it.

I've heard some reviews that the pattern (it syncs to the beat of the music) is not constant enough but Allie really enjoyed it and she seemed to love being carried away by the music and the experience.

The top plastic screw could be a little sturdier and the batteries are easy to put in but a little difficult to get out.

She teased me the other day and told me that the next time I go out of town, she'd like to call me over the internet and use it with phone sex.
