Pirates movie

Ok, I've heard good things about this...anyone else viewed? I'm thinking about getting Jeff a copy for Christmas, I think we could both watch it (porn can be such an individual thing, what does it for me may not do it for him and vice versa).

For the sex scenes, is it alot of girl/girl stuff? It's ok to watch now and then, but not quite my bag, baby. :P I've heard it at least has a fairly decent plot line.

We just bought this movie - haven't yet watched it. We'll make a point of watching it tonight (?) and let you know. I'm sure others will answer you... it's because of conversations on this board that we bought it.

I found this movie to be humorous at most. The sex scenes if I remember correctly have an equal amount of boy/girl and girl/girl. The plot was good, but not sure if it was due to us watching it late but we ended up stopping the movie to get busy and to watch the rest another time.

as far as porn goes, (and I'm not a connossieur) its the best one i have seen. when we first watched it we managed to get through 15mins before going at it. there's about 5 girl/girl scenes, and a couple of them with a catfight --- not my thing but it was funny, the other girl scenes were hot, you just have to disregard the random pirate "Y'arr she blows"comments The male female scenes are the best by far, esp the last one in the burning house -- wow. great lighting - hot scenes - great costumes - and there's actually storyline and visual effects? personally I think you should get it for him, just my opinion.

Agreed, it's a pretty good movie with high production values. There are some long stretches between the action but that's what fast forward is for. Also agreed: the scene where everything is on fire around them as they go at it is pretty damn sexy.

The movie was pretty good. I have to pretty much echo what everyone else said about the ratio of MF and FF play in there. It does have a plot, and although I've never seen good acting, it was passable.

Pirates has good production (for porn). The costumes are great. Original music .. not your typical throwaway melody loops prevailant in standard porn.

Most of the sex scenes were too short. The first one was what ... maybe 5 minutes? And were condoms even made in the 17th Century?? The girls were beautiful, but all fake boobs. The Captain .. oh gawd! Had to have been the worst actor of them all. All-in-all, it didn't make for a believable story (forget believable ... couldn't even fantasize about any of the scenes).

The CGI skeleton swordfight in the end was kinda funny, although their movements weren't really in sync with what the actors were doing. But CGI was definately a first!

For production, acting and a good plot, "Fashionistas" and "Caligula" were much, much better. Even without the CGI.

The MF scenes are weak, the costumes are okay, and the production value is surprisingly decent. Enough Fake boobage to float an aircraft carrier!

No argument here.I did however find the scenes to be more like real life than movie style sex.Which for me is great.Too often porn films try to overemphasize the oohs and ahhs to make the things more appealling to the viewer.Pirates sex scenes seemed more realistic.Which I found to be a nice change of pace.

Being a tech head,the only disappointment I found was the CGI effects.They reminded me of the type used in the original Star Trek tv series.But then you probably couldn't get the budget needed to create a porn movie that way.

Overall,Well made film.

My boyfriend and I are into an RP game called Swashbucklers. I think he would love that movie if I could find it. I wish I was able to download movies. I have no money to do so, nor credit cards.

Research nerd that I am, I had to check this out. I remember touring a castle in the UK (north of London), and the guide pointed out that during archealogical excavations they found what they thought were condoms made of animal intestines. But I can't remember the era they were referring to, although I know it was before 1750.

So, I checked the "Condom" entry in Wikipedia and they had the following (you can't always rely on Wikipedia, but in this instance I can't challenge what they've published):

I am embarrassed to say it but I bought an “R” rated. I didn’t even know they made an “R” rated version. I should have paid more attention to the DVD cover. I was so disappointed. We had another couple come over to watch it with us and we felt so stupid. Lol
All the sex scenes are mild and edited. No actual penetration was shown. It was kind of like watching cable porn.
