I have to admit I am curious about this. They seem to be popping up (no pun intended) more and more in sex shops. Why is this? Do they really work? Do they just feel good? My ex bought one once, he never did admit why and I have no idea if he ever used it but I certainly didn't notice any difference.

A friend of mine is an emergency room nurse, they got a call from a man in a hotel room early one morning. He had been pumping his penis and it had become so engorged it got stuck in the device. To say the least he provided a welcome comic relief to the emergency room that morning.

I have one and use it once in a while. It does increase my size temporarily. I find it increases my girth more than length. I'm normally 6" around when hard after about 30 - 45 minutes of pumping it increases to 7.5 - 8 inches around. The effect last for a couple hours for me then gradually decreases.

You have to pump up gradually, I usually start with appx 5lbs of vacuum for about 10 minutes then release it and massage for a couple minutes then pump again. I repeat the process 3 or 4 times while gradually working up to 10ibs during the last cycle or 2.

It also can also be very pleasurable when done right it almost feels like a really light lipped blowjob.

I play with one once in a while. It makes you really hard and feels very nice. It does help with girth short term. I highly recommend buying a cheap one to see if you like it first. You can pick one up for around 30 dollars or so. I was skeptical at first. We paid 39 dollars for this one. Don't worry, you won't get a hicky, or get stuck in most cheap ones. They are a bit more difficult to pump up and release very easily.

I am not a med pro, but i did catch an news artical on this one, and the DR that was talking, said that they are one of the worst things a guy can use, it can cause major damage to the vessels and thus cause ED later in life.

I don't think they are worth the risk. I think most of us wifes/gf's would rather they way you are now and still get it later, than bigger now and issues of not getting it later. just my opinion.

So basically, no matter what you use, it can be dangerous and cause more problems later than you are solving now. My opinion, stay away from them. But that's just one woman's opinion.

I have two different ones. One that just "inflates" my member and keeps it there with a ring around the base but otherwise provides no sexual satisfaction. I have another one that simulates oral sex, and that provides some sexual satisfaction. The regular pump really doesn't do anything for me at all as I, generally, have no problems getting and maintaining an erection, and realize, there is no way to make my bigger with over the counter products.

Yes, I have used a penis pump. Almost 10 years ago I purhased my first cheap adult store one. That one was a joke. You practically had to hold your thumb over an air hole to keep the vacuum for the whole time. I threw it away soon. A couple of years later I purchased one with a real cylinder that held a true vacuum inside of it. The pump had no guage, and I had little experience at that time. I did get temporary enlargement, but that was it. The bruising, or even small dots come about from too much pressure. They are busted capillaries called peteachie hemorrages. About two years later, I purchesed a nice brass trigger type hand pump with a guage. I used to get up to 5 hg of vacuum for 20 minutes at at time. Again, I got temporary enlargement, but not permanent. Most that have gained permamently with a pump have incorporated short pumping sessions in with jelqing excersises. I could not stick to the routine longer than three weeks or so. I failed at it. I also have a hanger and have attempted following a jelqing routine alone. It is not that penis enlargement doesn't work, it is just that I couldn't stick to it just as many people can't stick to healthy eating habits.

Most of the pumps on the market are fake novelty types. Only a few companies manufacture pumps that keep a sufficient seal and vacuum with adequate size cylinders just .25" larger than your penis (many cylinders available). Overzealous pumping is dangerous. Study and learn more. Achieving temporary gains comes from a buildup of lymphatic fluid in the skin. I do own a hanger. Noose type hangers are dangerous. They can damage the nerves behind the glands (penis head). Hanging has deffinitely given people permanent length gains, but there is much to learn. I can harm you if done incorrectly. The penis must be 100% flaccid, which is not always easy when touching it and moving it, if you have a very erotic mind.

Jelq is probably the safest. To much to soon can hurt. Injuries don't usually occur over night, so this method can be played by ear. Listen to your penis. Our long time male partner tried one once & showed us the results,it was supposed to be a suprise for my wife & it turned into a nightmare for him,it increased the girth allright but it also burst every last blood vessel in his penis,we all laugh about it now,my wife now tells him that it looked more like an eggplant that it did a penis.
