Some other things I also wanted to mention concerning playing with oils:

• Oil poured directly from the bottle to the body parts can be a little uncomfortably chilly. We found that it’s much more pleasant for the person being oiled up if the applier pours oil on his or her hands, rubs the oily hands together for a few seconds, and then applies the oil. The friction warms the oil a little.

• Gentlemen, if you are using a condom while playing with olive/vegetable/mineral oils, then use a polyurethane condom. Latex condoms don’t stand up well to those types of oil.

• Again gentlemen, if you are using a condom, have a towel handy. First of all, you use the towel to get the excess oil off of your hands so you have a better chance of opening the frickin’ slippery condom package! Second, you should – or someone should – wipe a lot of the excess oil off of your erection before you put the condom on. Too much oil can cause an otherwise form-fitting condom to slide off during intercourse. Believe me. (Luckily, we noticed in time though.)

I have to say. Last night I was preparing dinner, which included the use of olive oil. I will never look at that bottle the same again ...

We must have been inspired by Thrax because last night Roger and I had a great time with olive oil! Like Thrax said, we didn't use a ton, just enough for a massage and a little slipping motion! We simply put a few beach towels on the bed and had fun.

I clipped my hair on top of my head, and the few strands that fell down ended up oily - I kept putting them behind my ears. But a quick shampoo in the shower afterwards and the oil washed out just fine.

The towels weren't even terribly oily. The cleanup was a snap! Although I noticed that the handle to the shower door was oily this AM!!

The fun was fantastic. Very relaxing, very sexy, and a sure fire experience for a replay!

I'm going to head to the store to buy some almond oil and grape seed oil. We'll see which ones we like the best!!

Thanks Thrax for bringing this thread forward again! We'd been meaning to do the whole massage 'thing' again, but hadn't taken the time!

Two things:

1. If you increase the size of the group from 2 to 6 or 8, it gets a whole lot kinkier.

2. A fast-track way of getting the oil off when you shower, is to use ozonated water. You can get an ozonater on the web (the kind that bubbles air through a fish aeration stone). And we use a pump up sprayer from Lowes. This works a little better than the kind that you have to keep on squeezing to spray.

We tried grape seed oil last night and it was much better than olive oil! Thrax - you'll have to try it. I bought a can of it (bottle shaped, but a can) for about $6.50 at the grocery store. I'd guess it's about 8 oz. (We used only a tiny bit of it - enough to give a massage, but not drip. Maybe 1/2 oz. to 1 oz. each). It is just as slippery as the olive oil, has NO taste and NO smell. It soaks into the skin very well, and didn't make a mess. It also seemed to last just as long as the olive oil.... no need to keep reapplying.

We both grabbed a quick shower afterwards, but I almost felt like I didn't need it. When we played with olive oil I felt I had to soap up every inch of me before getting into bed. With the grape seed oil I rinsed off, used a shower gel lightly, and toweled dry.

This morning, and all day long today, I noticed how great my skin felt! I might just use the grape seed oil as a moisturizer!

I still have plans to try Almond Oil - but I liked the grape seed oil SO much I'm not sure I'll do that now!!

It was a fun evening! Perfect for scheduling a replay!
