This is a great technique using the dessert topping that hardens when poured over ice cream. It won't be the only thing hard tonight.
Here's What You Need:
One bottle of "hard shell" chocolate ice cream topping.
One teaspoon of butter or margarine.
One oblong-shaped balloon or unlubricated condom.
One knife.
