I'm trying to do more Kegel excercises (as part of an overall quest to be healthier) but so far I've only just done the various squeezes (squeeze with a rhythm, squeeze & hold for 5 or 10 seconds, etc.) without any device to give me resistance. I'm pretty into weight training for my regular excercise, so I'm attracted to the idea of using a device that will give me resistance to build the pelvic floor muscle more than I could with just squeezing. But I thought I'd try to get some insight into what devices others have used, would recommend, would not recommend, whether you've noticed a difference, etc....I'm motivated to tone those muscles for a variety of reasons: get more in shape for possible future childbirth, to prevent urine leaks as I get older, but it'd be especially fun to build the muscle enough to be able to use it to please my partners in new interesting ways and I've heard that the more toned it is, the better your orgasms ![]() |

Some made of metal, others of plastic, and most containing internal balls that clink together with the external balls as you move around (make for more pleasure added to your workout). |

They have listings for techniques and tools (for both men and women) to help strengthen the pubococcygeus muscle. -- Danny |
