Anybody recommend a good lube?

I was wondering if you ever found the non-water based lubes to cause any kind of irritation or vaginitis? I really like this Eros pjur Woman, but I am a little nervous about using it regularly because of that reason? If it's not a problem to use it internally, then I'm gonna be a happy camper!!

Never had a problem.

I use the non-water based pjur Woman exclusively now.

I don't think I've ever had vaginitis or vaginal infections so I may be luckier than other women, and those who have had a history of vaginitis may react differently to the product.

We have used mineral oil (unscented baby oil) for more than 35 years. It never dries out or gets gummy like ALL of the water based lubes we have tried (Astroglide, Wet, Eros, etc.

I see that somebody above quotes their doctor as recommending mineral oil. I heartily agree.

We use Equate. Perhaps I should not admit that.

Thanks for reminding everyone that oil-based lubes do not mix with latex. You also have to be careful with latex toys and oil lubes. For us, we rather use a water-based lube so we don't have to worry about any problems.

We've tried polyurethane condoms too. We couldn't get over the crinkle-crinkle feeling and sound. Ewww..

As far as lube, we're big fans of Doc Johnson's lube. It smells good, doesn't gum up, and it tastes good too. It's pricey though. We're definitely careful about putting the cap back on. Wouldn't want to waste a drop of the high-dollar stuff.

Our favorite is Body Butter by Doc Johnson. I usually start by using it as a lotion for her back rub, then as things progress, it works (and tastes) great. Comes in several different scents and flavors. I think the Strawberry is our favorite.

It feels better than all the lubricants we have tried and it's inexpensive compared to a lot of the lubes.

We've also tried some of the other brands of Body Butter but they do not compare. The Body Shop makes one that is nice and silky, but it tastes very bitter.

"Pure Pleasure" is the absolute best. It is made by Pure Romance. Stays wet and does not stain sheets.
