Looking for the best vibrator

I have a couple of vibrators and they are just your basic vibrators. I'm looking for a better, more exciting vibrator. What's the best one out there that doesn't cost a fortune and will provide incredible clitoral stimulation? I've heard about some thing which I forget what it's called, but it "sucks" on the clitoris?? I'd just like some input before we go get another toy for our sad little collection. facelick
