Swinging and the bible

I dont know if this is where I should post, so sorry in advance.
I was wondering if there are any religious people in here, and what they believe about swinging and there faith. I am not trying to call anybody out, I am not trying to condemn anybody. I am just new to this idea of swinging, and would like to know what some of y'all that do study any religion, and how that plays out in your life.
Again I am just trying to find out what some of y'all think.

I do know that in the bible it does say that anything between a man and his wife is blessed by god.

I think you'll find a lot of folks who actually think about their faith have posted here. You'll be surprised - it actually is a topic that has been deeply explored around here.

JF10 please find the book Divine Sex by Philo Thelos. You can get it at Amazon. I was always frustrated with what the Church wes telling everyone about sex and what Gods word is and this book really opened my eyes and took away alot of the confusion and guily I was having. The problem most people have when it comes to Gods word is that people do not study the word and just listen to what someone is preaching. This book opened up more than just an understanding about sex and the Bible but how to really study the Bible. God created sex for us to enjoy, is thier limits and sins in sex yes. But thier are sins in alot of things that we do. Please get a copy of this book and feel better about your sexual desire and your faith in God.

Our best friends are very religious. He's still an ordained Baptist minister. He's even preformed a wedding at a social. He's take is, that as long as your activities are condoned within your marriage, it's OK.

Likewise, my wife has made love to a swinging Baptist minister.

Before that, as a teenager she was partially seduced (heavy petting and attempted oral, not vaginal) by a Presbyterian minister at summer bible camp. As a freshman in college another minister tried (unsuccessfully) to seduce her.

A priest tried to molest me when I was about 13 or 14. A couple of the really good swinging experiences were with daughters of ministers. You know what they say about preachers' kids. It's true.

Needless to say, those experiences pretty well turned us off of thinking that (supposedly) religious people have any special claims on decency and morality.

My regular swing partner now is very active in her church, doing really nice things for ailing (mostly cancer victims) parishioners. That makes her a decent, caring person, and that is what I concentrate on, not her religion.

What does he preach from the pulpit, though? It may be a very interesting service to go to!

This is a subject many of us take a lot of time to work out in our heartsw and minds. For me , it took going through a divorce and a reality check, before I conidered this as possible. now 10 years later, though I may have moments of questioning my new way of thinking, I am content with my life and the level of sensuality my new wife and I enjoy.
Some of the things I considered were for example how many wives and concubines did King David and Solomon have? Apparently polygamy and multiple sex partners for then was perfectly ok, as I see no where they were condemned for enjoying their sexual fantasyies, However David was powerfully condemned for arranging the death of one of his soldiers, who was married to a woman he wanted. For me, this was a telling narrative of how sex is to be expressed or viewed. Hmmm, no condemntion for enjoying sex, but retribution and decline in his kingdom for murder.
Still it takes time to rethink the way you feel, adjust how you think about sex. No rush no hurry, you simply have to be patient til you are comfortable with your self and how you feel about yourself , sex, and your religious self. Best of luck.
