What 'makes' your marriage?

Butterflies Thats the one thing that I love the most about the mrs. We have been together 8 years and she still gives me the Butterflies in my stomach feeling.

How much I enjoyed reading this, thankyou all. We have our 47th anniversary coming up in 5 days. I have never loved anyone as much as my better half. We still argue about this and that, but never have had feelings because of it. We trust each other, have no secrets from each other. We still cuddle and hug all the time, we go out holding hands still, I cannot imagine my life without her.
There were time I felt like a freak when I loved watching her fucking someone else,
but loved her even more because of it, we are one, hopefully time will be kind to us a little longer. I wish you all well.

Thanks for bumping this thread to the top of the heap, amBIdextrous! It's been great reading.

I've got to say that it's Wash's openness and his fun-loving nature that made me fall in love with him and that have kept me there for almost 12 years now. Every time I turn around, I'm finding out something new about him - something that makes me love him even more.

He's got a wonderful sense of humor. He loves me for who I am, without reservation. He supports the things I want to do, even if he doesn't share my interests in some of them -- even if some of the things I like are a bit strange and he doesn't understand them (like dressing up as a Klingon at scrience fiction conventions).

Oh yeah, then there's the sex. But that's just an added bonus!
