Former Lovers

Have any of you had a lover from the past come back into your life then formed a poly V relationship? How did it work out? Were there any hurdles that you have to overcome? Do you have any tips or pointers for someone starting down that road?

I tend to follow the school of thought that "You can never go home again". I think there are reasons that relationships end, and trying to start something again might not be sensible in light of a current relationship.

Man, life and relationships are hard enough without trying to revisit the past.

Just my opinion, of course.

We haven't had this situation, though if it happened with one of Mrs. old lovers came back into the picture and she was okay with him than I would be too. And with several of my old lovers Mrs. would be okay also. But like avid, for Mrs. WS when she end a relationship it's over.

The relationship didn't "end," several thousand miles of distance put it in limbo.

Were all three of you in a relationship together? Or was this prior to your relationship?
