| Polyamory & Swinging We realize that polyamory and swinging are two very different things, however they do often overlap. This forum is for the discussion of those overlaps between polyamory & swinging. |

| Here to Stay | It seems that there are a number of people here who are part of a relationship with some members more into swinging and some more into poly. How many of us are there out there? How does everyone deal with that. In our situation Rachel is mostly a swinger. Pat was more into swinging and found herself in a poly relationship (with me). And I am much more comfortable way to the poly end, but trying to figure out what part of swinging works for me. Pat hasn't done anything outside our relationship since it started, so I don't know how exactly what the dynamics might be like there. Rachel has a couple of partners that she likes to have 3somes with. That is working out pretty well. It keeps her happy:-). Ken |

| Sex is emotion in motion! | We are a triad consisting of a married couple and a live in girlfriend. We all started out as swingers and weren't looking for a poly relationship. We met through the lifestyle, became friends and our relationship developed from there. Now we all live as a marriage between 3 people, all equal, sharing all aspects of our "marriage". We are all still active with swinging. We swing together, at times it can be a challenge, but we are all very happy with it and have lots of fun! At this time none of us are intersted in adding other people into our poly relationship. We very much enjoy making friends within the swing lifestyle and have developed a few close friendships along the way. T, A, and P |
