Would you participate in a dark room orgy?

I can't say I would be comfortable with it, but I did have a thought that if someone was wondering about bisexual sex, but not comfortable being total honest with themselves about it. It does open up a possiblity to try something new and if you like it, persue it if you don't, just drop it and no one but you(and hopefully your SO) would be any the wiser. You could carry on saying I am strait.
Does that make sence to anyone. I get what I mean, but not sure I came across correctly.

I don't think it'd be my cup of tea, curious or not. I kind of like to SEE the people that I'm playing with. Isn't that a large part of the turn on?

I can see the agrument for "oh - it was SO hot - all these hands and body parts...", but...just not for me. Now - I could probably DO an orgy in the light. But not in the dark.

we participated in a 30 couple watch and be watched 'orgy' in the attic at Fun4Two in Holland in 1999. It was so different than any of the group play situations we have been involved in here in the US in that there wasnt a lot of swapping (even soft) going on; just couples playing with each other in front of others. They other interesting thing about it was that it started early, about 11pm the attic was full.

We would for sure go for it as long as we knew that in there there was all people we knew well, and trusted of being safe, it doesnt really matter that we knew exactly who, maybe it would be even more fun after to get out of the room and still not know who was in it and try to guess.
A condition like that its not likely to happen in real life though so until some of our friends organized it following those requirements it will stay a fantasy.

The first and only time we've seen a dark room in a club was in Holland and it gave us a little creepy feeling, not for the concept but rather for the room itself, the windows were practically boarded and the room had a sort of funky "aftersmell", the rest club was clean (we were just visiting it before opening hours with a friend out of curiosity no other intentions) but that room was obviously difficult "maintenance".
In Italy we never seen one, and noone ever thought about it at house parties either (with the blinds we use there, the non curtain kinds, every room can be made practically pitch black)
So assuming that in a dark room things could get messier than with lights on the place must be clean to a surgery level. And because of some claustrophobic tendencies that we both seem to have, operable windows would be appreciated too.
