I've read through this thread a couple different times since its origin, trying to get a feel for this Dark Room idea. :rollseyes (By the way, I think this smiley should be called "conflicted.")

My face is a mass of squirming little muscles and my forehead is wrinkled just thinking about this...that's a pretty good sign that I'm not ready for the Dark Room.

My gut says no. I must obey.

Spoo, that is why you only do something like this with people you are comfortable with and know well.

However, Vegas' idea of one at a convention. WOW. Sounds very intriqueing!! Do you ever do parties on the east coast,Vegas?

Mrs agrees that although she does not like a womans head btween her legs, as long as it was dark and she could not tell, what the heck!! if it feels good do it!!

There is a dark room at the Farm Club in PA in all the times we have been there no ne has ever been in that room. However if I was ever to walk by and hear anyone in there I would jump in and swim with the current.

I believe that JC & Syn at Interlude conventions in Orlando and Dallas introduced this at their first convention three years ago. It was a huge sucess and has since been done at other conventions like N'awlins and Vegas.

I personally would like it, Bonnie is hesitant but if she knew everyone involved and was comfortable playing with them might venture in.

I (we) initially voted yes, but after reading the post, we would but only if we knew who was in the room, or more importantly no strangers. The thought of bisexual contact doesn't bother either of us at all. But the thought of what type of people could be in there does bother us a great deal. Unfortunately the world is full of, well lets just say strange people, and some of them you never know what they are capapble of.

If you knew and were comfortable with the "players" ahead of time, the chances of anything undesireable happening would probably be very slim. At that point, jump on in, the water's fine!

Don't know how I missed this one.

Sounds like a blast. A definite fantasy of mine- not one I'd live out unless I knew everyone in the room, but this would sure be my kinda thing if STD's weren't an issue.

I think it might turn my hubby on in a fantastical way. I doubt he'd actually play along in reality...unless it was a room full of women.

I am going to bring something up that might irritate some of you. This past 9/11/04, a girl names Nikki sexually molested me at knifepoint. I tried to have her arreasted, but she ran away from Hamilton County. It took me a long time to stop hating her, but I had to do it to get on with my life. I discovered that I am definitely straight, and I would never do the dark room.
