Thanks for the tip! I will have to try that next time. I do swallow. But only for my husband. For safety reasons and because its our special thing. He can eat some foods and im like give me some drink quick afterwards. LOL But most of time I love it.

Okay, now I voted that I spit, though in truth I usually try to avoid having to do even that.
I could go into all my reasons (bad 1st experience, strong gag reflex), but a lot of ya'll got me to thinking that it IS kinda' rude. And really, if I've got the stuff in my mouth anyways, why not?

So I gave Mr. Sweet some pineapple juice and gave it a go. Notes to self: pineapple juice doesn't help, but consistent suction and aiming toward the back of the throat make it go down easier. My honey was thrilled, which is enough for me. So thanks for the inspiration!
