I actually voted yes but I have been known to spit on occasion lol just depends on my mood. I don't think it hurts his feelings he is just happy I performed lol

For all those interested here is a recipe for a Spunk Smoothy, enjoy the results:
1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned
1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS honey
Optional ingredients: 1 raw egg white, 2 TBS wheat germ, 2 TBS flax seed, 1 shot wheatgrass juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately. Repeat daily for best results.

I always swallow...it is just what I do. We have onlt been involved in soft swinging (oral only with swap and same room intercourse with spouse). I swallowed both times with other man, unfortunatly for hubby she did not swallow him either time.

He is not kidding here people it helps!!!

We taught all the guys in our group about this and it definitely helps.

I swallow. I never could understand the concept of spitting (it just seemed rude to me)so it's something I never really even considered as an option.
